So, recently moved from Borderlinx to MyUS - must say huge difference. They know how to treat their customers. This is with regards to my second shipment now. For some reason credit card got declined at the time of the payment. I was only able to rectify this the next morning, and as per the website the inform to wait 30 minutes to have the status updated. Took a bit longer and no update so i contacted an agent on live chat - Abubaker - very quick response, pulled up the shipment info and informed me that it was shipped and sent me the tracking number. I was shocked. They had shipped it from the night before, even though payment was still due. I am 1000% sure Borderlinx would never have done. They are serious about pleasing their customers and seems willing to trust. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company if it continues like this, will be telling everyone i know to use them. Oh i forgot to mention - also cheaper to ship than Borderlinx XD

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
