Items lost been waiting 2 weeks for a package to be processed into my suite and have photos taken at extra cost and still no reply I'm fed up with this horrendous service will not be using them ever again
Absolute drama! For several reasons:
1. Login in Chrome is not working fine.(i have te remove all cookies and browsing history every time I try to log in. Have hundreds of websites in my password locker. No website is behaving this strange, but MyUS.com does...)
2. Waiting for more than a month to ship. My order is still "Check item status". The products missing are IN STOCK at AMAZON.COM where i ordered it. But... MyUS is not able to receive them?
3. Have send multiple messages. Several time contacted by chat (sometimes I was nr 65 in line...) Always the same: ohhhh I see. This is not good. I'm going to escalate this. You definitely will receive a message within 24 hours what's going to happen. But the reality is: NO REACTION AT ALL. ZERO!
It's a shame!

Living in a country that isn't recognised like North Cyprus it's always hard to buy and ship items from other countries but MyUS is just the perfect tool. Customer service agents explained everything and made life easier, constant email updates at each step. Shipping cheap and efficient. I will definitely use MyUS again and would recommend anyone to use it
Always very fast but can really be expensive. They also have some funny/phony charges. I just had a chart with Jessica, one of their customer service agents and she cleared all my concerns as usual. In summary, MyUS.com can't be beaten to speed and reliability especially when you need fast shipping.

Been using MyUS for a couple of years now. Never had any issues. I just contacted them asking if they could return my package when it arrives since I no longer need the item I ordered and the rep. (Jessica) was helpful and explained how I can go about doing that easily. Customer service is great, very professional and kind.

I have ordered some dice from Amazon and waited for 3 weeks instead of 5 business days. It definitely spoiled the whole shopping experience. Nevertheless, it arrived in one piece and everything else was correct.
Expensive shipping to Philippines and they use Fedex that have local charges. My freebies collectible stickers that comes with every order from a US store were all missing and until now they cant answer me in email where it is. Very bad first time experience with them.

I had a pretty good experience a couple years ago. So I decided to give this company a try again, but it was a BIG mistake! I set up my packages to go all in as one parcel but they sent 2 separate parcel which cost me double to send my packages. Not just that it took almost a month to received my package. Second box hasn't even arrived yet. What the heck? Oh you have no idea how many times I was trying to getting in contact with them by phone, email and online chat. Nothing worked! What a joke! Don't waste your time nor money!

It's no small task you're asking from them: they have to take care of your packages the way you would.
Still, they nail it every time! My last contact with customer support was with Teresa. I made a typo in declaring values, she straightened it out immediately so I could send my packages over like 10 mins later.
If you're not shopping yet in the states through myUS, you're missing out. Especially when Teresa's on call!
MyUS, oh what a disappointment! They have held my package hostage for an unbearable two weeks, and I suspect it may be lost forever. But what truly infuriates me is their abysmal customer service. It's as if they couldn't care less. I reached out to them once, and they promised an email update. Yet, five days later, still no sign of that promised update. When I followed up, they repeated the same empty words. When I dared to express my frustration and asked for the employee's name, they abruptly shut down the conversation. My experience with MyUS has been a nightmare. I will never, ever use their services again.

Fast turn around of packages. Had one come in over night while asleep and be shipped to Australia before I woke up. I didn't set shipping options correctly and contacted live support to ask about a change. Excellent response time and very helpful replies from agent John Nasser. Give this guy a pay rise, he did a fantastic job. Best customer service I have received in a long time from an online service provider. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
