I was helped by Jessica in the chat. She did a good job in explaining the process of shopping in Canada, have it delivered to myus in the US and then forwarded to Europe. She also provided fast and good replies to some other questions. I'm satisfied with the service
I had a problem with a restricted item -Package in Hold-, but after contacting in CHAT LIVE with the agent Jessica, the problem had been solved.

This site is a total rip off. I ordered $75 dollars in cosmetic goods with free shipping, but since they dont ship to Canada, i had to use an alternative method. MyUS sounded very nice at first, but after finishing my order and then getting an email from MyUS about my package arriving, they told me i need to pay another $60 dollars just for shipping, not including the $10 dollars for signing up for their service. I will never again use this service, and recommend you guys not to deal with them. Ridiculous prices. What should have been saving me money has now costed even more.
Update: This is just an update on my recent experience with MyUs.
I will start off by saying that their customer service is really helpful, but this does not change my mind about the whole company.
I was told I have to pay export fees for one of my cosmetic items that I purchased from Drugstore.com.
In total, including my order from drugstore, I have had to pay $225 for cosmetic goods that I could have bought locally. The cost break down goes as following, $75 for my goods, $55 for shipping through MyUS, $85 for export fees, and $10 dollars for the MyUS startup fee.
In total, MyUS charged me $150 for shipping and export fees. This alone is way more than the value of my goods.
Again, I am not blaming MyUS for the unexpected export fees, but still, shipping cosmetic goods for $55 dollars is ridiculous. It cost $55 to ship a 1.6 lb package. All of this does not include possible custom fees that I am probably (most likely) going to have to pay when the package arrives.
I have heard good and bad stories from MyUS, but from my experience, I have had a horrible time and lots of headaches.

Today, I received my package from UPS, having to pay another $27 dollars in customs.
I will not be using MyUs again and glad that I am done with this situation.
The packaging was perfect and protected my items perfectly. The despatch from their warehouse to me was prompt and I was notified all along the way as to where my goods were. Can highly recommend MyUS
This is my first time to use Myus service. I registered my membership by American express card and got 50% off discount. But I can't see the 50% off at the end. She helped me patiently.

I had one package delivered. In their system, the flat, paper items were separated from the other items and shipped separately. This added an extra $45 shipping fee.
When I contacted customer service, the representative (Benjamin) implied that it's my fault, and then gave canned (incorrect and illogical) answers.
Then, when I tried to suspend my account or remove my credit card information to prevent any further charges, it's required that I contact customer service.
UPDATE: Since this review, I have been contacted by MyUS with the promise of reimbursing me for the second package. I am satisfied with the resolution, but I wish it had been easier. I will give the company another chance and hope for a better experience!

YOU CAN FOOL PEOPLE SOMETIMES, BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL PEOPLE ALL THE TIMES. They raised their rates above what other shipping companies charge for even their dimensional weight and labeled it TRUEPRICE. In reality, you ended up paying more for Myus TRUPRICE than other shipping companies that use the standard dimensional weight calculation.

L make most of my purchases through paypal and l have had trouble, as a US seller l am wanting to buy from will not accept non US card's and my Australian paypal account will not allowe me to add a US address. And l do not wish to continue with my subscription, it is not suitable to my buying style.

Since posting this review MyUS gave me $25, so I could have my coat professionally pressed by a dry cleaner.
My beautiful coat arrived in perfect condition to MyUS as evidenced by their photos, however they chose to package it in a tiny little box and to fit it in they literally rolled it into a ball and scrunched it in. It arrived badly creased and the feathers along the bottom were broken off and damaged. They will take no responsibility as I didn't have insurance but how crazy is it that you need to insure them for their service which should be to ensure your items are packed carefully and adequately, it is what should be all about! Insurance should be for the carrier only! This is the second time this has happened to me now so I won't be using them again.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
