I had one package delivered. In their system, the flat, paper items were separated from the other items and shipped separately. This added an extra $45 shipping fee.
When I contacted customer service, the representative (Benjamin) implied that it's my fault, and then gave canned (incorrect and illogical) answers.
Then, when I tried to suspend my account or remove my credit card information to prevent any further charges, it's required that I contact customer service.
UPDATE: Since this review, I have been contacted by MyUS with the promise of reimbursing me for the second package. I am satisfied with the resolution, but I wish it had been easier. I will give the company another chance and hope for a better experience!
