I'm writing this review after being a paying business customer for 6 months. TL; DR - ship your packages to another service provide, who may at first seem more expensive. MyUS additional costs are horrendous, their delays are long and they don't respond well to customer feedback.

Details:
Each delivery there is a new issue - either shipping costs are far from accurate, or they take longer (and I discount time for COVID), or items are missing. Customer service takes forever to answer and packages get a very long time to sort out (even though they state clearly they have "no delays" - packages are in your suite about 2-3 days after you get a delivery confirmation from the merchant).

On each delivery there is a new charge - "Package Level Charges", and multiple items charges - they count how many items you're shipping and if it's above a certain amount (depending on weight) then they have a fee. Fees are "hidden" when you seek to find out how much shipping costs before you sign up.

They hold your packages for 30 days and then charge a whopping 1$ *per item per day*!

When items arrive damaged, they will *not* split the package and redeliver only the damaged goods unless you pay them 15$ to do so. If you want they either ship the entire package back, or ship it to you as is. Ridiculous and insanely not customer friendly.

When you receive a package, you'll pay 2$ for photos. Think that's enough? No. You'll get 5-6-7 photos of the closed package and 1 photo of the items inside it. Want to see better photos? 10$ please. Per package.

You want to discard shoe boxes to save on volume? That's free, but you'll get the shoe boxes anyways.

I'm shipping my last package from them and I'm done and moving to the competition.

All of the fees mentioned are listed either on our website or in our terms and conditions. Depending on the type of item damaged there may be a split request or our team will split it before placing it in the account in some cases as long as it is safe for them to do so. We do apologize for the shoe box being in a shipment if you selected the option to discard show boxes. In those cases we can provide compensation.

My Buying Assistant, Matthew

Cheaters and rude customer service

The worst service ever. You are cheaters and very rude customer service... they have stolen money and my shipment. Do not use them
They received my shipments and keept on hold for a week now without shipping although I have paid the shipping fees already. There customer service are useless

Only once you get the right person!

I'm shipping from USA to the UK and boy did I want to throw in the towel! There was a free sample in my package which obviously I had no idea about, so I sent the invoice over before the package arrived in my suite detailing the items i'd paid for, to find a month later of back and forth emails and storage fee's, I couldn't get my package shipped out.
Only after a very capable and helpful adviser by the name of Dorothea picked up one of my emails was the initiative taken to tell me what the issue was. This she did in one email and resolved it in a matter of days! WHY are there not more Dorothea's working for MyUS?!?!
I don't ship much anymore but I was certainly not going to be using MyUS after this experience, but Dorothea has given me back the faith and I will use them again thanks to this wonderful lady. Keep up the sterling work Dorothea and MyUS should give you a pay rise and have you training the other sub-sub standard staff!

I have had this service for about a year. Sometimes it is great! Other times it is not! My number 1 complaint is the app and the shipping preference. Sometimes there is a glitch. When you change your shipping preferences the app might not respond exactly to your changes. What happens is this! You will get an email that is completely opposite of what you requested. Then you can't make a change, amend an error, cancel the shipping, or get through to customer service via email. Now you will be stuck with a charge that is inflated in which you tried to avoid. Now you left with the challenge to redeem your money back for something you didn't exactly ask for. This has happened on a few occasions. I am angry because my shipping cost have been over $100 and in some instances it is easier, cheaper and safer to buy directly from Amazon.

Your account does allow you to cancel a ship request that is in progress. When a ship request is created it can be found in the queue section of your account which does have the option for cancellation. Please note that carrier changes do have to be made prior to creating the ship request.

TO WAVE A RETURN HANDLING FEE, ON TOP OF THAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY A SPLITTING FEE OF $15 PLUS 2 X $7 RETURN HANDLING FEE A TOTAL OF $29 TO RETURN WITH FREE RETURN LABELS FROM THE SENDER OTHERWISE THEY WERE ASKING CLOSE TO $50 FOR PACKAGES ALREADY COST ME $6 TO MAIL FROM THE SENDER... YOU TELL ME IF THIS COMPANY IS INSANE OR WHAT? I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AN NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE... Horrible service

Horrible service. I had to wait about a month for my shipment, which I didn't mind considering I chose the cheapest option. But sadly I was also charged by the company MyUs chose for my delivery a huge some for a service I didn't asked for -33$ which are almost a 1/3 of the price of the package! After a tedious back an forth emails, the won't refund this sum. Absolutely outrageous!

I don't send packages overseas very often, but during the Christmas holidays, a had a couple of packages that needed to be shipped. I was required to sign up for a "membership" since I would be shipping more than one package. I found their website difficult to navigate and understand. When I tried to reach someone on chat for customer service, I waited over an hour to talk to someone. This happened on a couple of occasions. Questions sent by e-mail were never returned. One item that I wanted to send to Zambia was banned and never sent. The item never came back to me, so I assume they just kept it. The process was so difficult that I just decided not to protest the one item and move on. I can't say they are a "scam", like others, but they are very difficult to work with.

DO NOT USE MYUS! SCAM ALERT!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They gave me an estimate of $76, which was extremely low compared to what other shipping companies were estimating. I shipped my package to them thinking I'd gotten a great deal, and then they hit me with a $144 bill once they had received my package. They were including GST (customs duties and taxes) claiming that Australia requires the shipping company to collect GST on imports with a value less than $1,000. That is not true according to the Australian Government customs/duties website, which is current and up-to-date. I've also shipped to Australia using other companies and have never been charged GST. GST should have been included in the estimate since they KNEW it was to be collected at the time of shipping. They pulled a classic bait-and-switch.

Customer service is a joke. (I'm pretty sure its the same person with a different fake name each time judging by the same grammar/spelling errors. And it looks like any good reviews praising MyUS on this site or others are in the same format as whoever is running customer service.) They lied to me over and over again and ended chats mid-conversation.

I requested that MyUS return my package, and they had the audacity to ask me to pay return shipping. After a long battle with customer service, they agreed to return my package at no cost to me. Again, another lie. I had a charge from "Access USA Shipping, LLC" about a day or two later.

MyUS is a scam. Use any other shipping company. They are not worth the hassle.

When you import goods into Australia, a 10% goods and services tax (GST) is charged by Australian customs. In the past, Australian customs has collected GST on goods and services valued over 1,000 AUD, and as of 1 July 2018, GST will also be charged on shipments equal or less than 1,000 AUD.

This is my first time ever writing a review for any business. I have joined their account on September to send some vitamins to my parents. It's been 4 months of endless back and forth conversation chat and email with agents. My items has still not been shipped to the receiver. MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR RIDICULOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS if you decide to work with them. I would never give my business to these people. Hope this was helpful.

BEWARE! THEY ARE SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL

BEWARE! I am still wondering how much capability does this company have to give pain to its customers! My Ship Request 00-709-9147 is still pending since 3 days now! First they misplaced my package somewhere just before the shipped my entire shipment, then when they found it and I again requested shipping its stuck "in process" since 3 days now! Ship request I put after this one also got shipped, these guys do not take anything seriously or possibly its within their company policies to harass the customers! I am really tired and frustrated following up with their teams all the time! FOR GOD's SAKE SHIP MY PACKAGE! - Ship Request 00-709-9147, SUITE NO. 6960-099! CASE *******! THEY ARE LITERALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERES NO WAY TO REACH THEM, THIER CHAT KEEPS SHOWING "ALL AGENTS BUSY" BEWARE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!

Customer Satisfaction

Suite 6888-575.
Follow up of my last review. My shipment was finally split and I was surcharged $15:00. However my other items are yet to be released for shipment a week after my last review here. This time a customer associate got in touch without a name. My original goods arrived the facility on 11th November 2020 and up till now I have not been able to ship it. I will give the time frame when I finally get the shipment. However DHL handled my last ship and that was wonderful.
