I WISH MYUS would let you know that they can't ship certain things befor they're "ready to send". Evidently not.

Unfortunately we did determine this was actually considered a Dangerous goods level battery (over 100 watt hour) that the carriers will not carry to your country. I opened an account from myus.com because I saw their advertisement which they claim that dimension is not a problem for them they just concern the weight. However I got a mail which says after I sent 2 packages to them even I checked the country guide.
The size limits for Turkey is 18x14x12, however the dimensions on your packages are 26x27x7 & 20x20x13.
The ship request will be cancelled and you can then choose to have these returned to the seller or shipped to an alternate address.
Hi Bora. Our apologies for the inconvenience with this request. It appears that the issue was related to the carrier you selected for your request. USPS does have very strict guidelines for shipments including size and that is one of many reasons they are not a preferred carrier. Our preferred carriers are DHL, FedEx and UPS and they can ship very large packages. It does appear that you were able to ship this via DHL without any issue. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
