I have used their service in the past more than 10 times to ship my stuff and had no issues at all.
Note: I haven't used their service since 2014 but this review represent my experience with them between 2012 and 2014 and hopefully they are still providing an excellent service as in the past.

Some USA sellers don't ship to Australia, that is when I rely on myus.com. This company takes care of receiving, packing, shipping and safe delivery of your item by international carrier. It costs a few more dollars, but it is well worth it. I highly recommend myus.com as a reliable, professional carrier company.

MyUS provides a very well tuned service. I have used them several times. Not a one situation calling for being dissatisfied. I would describe them as a team desperately willing to help. In one single occasion they did a mistake (one of my items got lost in their Warehouse): they took ownership, found the item and shipped It totally free of charge and all the time they kept me informed. I was delighted. When things go wrong, you actually get to learn the real kind of service you receive. They clearly demonstrated they care their customers. I'm glad to say I'm one of them. Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
