Special thanks to Christian from Myus.com who was very helpful and professional, I wanted to change my membership and he was willing to help from the first minute and that is what you expect ONLY from a top notch customer rep. Myus.com as a general is a great company, they are very customer oriented though, I have a couple of suggestions, first you need to decrease your shipping fees a little bit and please improve the chat service because there were no any agent available whenever I tried to contact them in last few days.

Mr. Pedde Jeff D was the chat agent. I had basically sent an invoice for correcting the item value for one of the items i had purchased on Amazon. After this i sent a message too to myus. But my item value was not updated and i was in danger of paying warehouse chrages for 3 items when it wasnt my fault since i couldnt ship the itms unless the item value was corrected. Mr. Pedde Jeff D rsolved the issue very quickly and cleanly over one chat session, and also provided easy instructions on how to ship since i was shipping for first time.

It was a good experience, unfortunately my issue was not solved as might have an issue with my bank. The agent Pedde Jeff D was very helpful and very professional and tried to solve my issue giving me different options. However, Monday I will check with my bank and try again.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time. I hope someone from MyUS will respond to your question and give you a more satisfying answer. All the best.
