I've been using MyUs.com for 5 years and I love it. I actually don't ever visit a retail shop, ever, because retail shops are horrible :) my shopping is all on line, which is awesome and MyUs makes this possible and makes it easy. They are also super responsive if you ever have a problem. Love your work.

Excellent Customer service given by agent Pedde Jeff D. Of myUS.com. I have stated all my predicament to him and he was so very helpful. He remedied one of my issue on storage fee, after some verification, he rectified the problem right away. And also offered to escalate my problem on shipping weight to the higher-up without fee. The other agent I have chatted with, is asking for a $7 fee just for that. The point here is, on his level, if he can rectify the issue, he'll do it. I just hope that the outcome of my other issues- regarding shipping weight and shipment tracking will be favorable on my part.
