Had a premium account. They didn't take extra packaging at all, in fact they put in a giant box all different items in original envelops with extra paper and all, they didn't even bother fill the box with protective paper. It arrived pretty damaged, and all upside down. And finally, the worst, they lied on total weight 13kg while it was only 10 and it could have been way less if they had done their job taking of extra packaging for individual items, as they say they "do". 40$ for domestic shipping, obviously some of that money goes directly back... in their pocket. International buyers, be aware, they try to lure you with discount shipping with ups and other private companies that will charge you the maximum with customs fees. They also lie about the maximum amount to have no taxes for france, they say it's 150euros while it it 80, shipping included. So you will end up with a beautiful bill! It is absolutely not worth it, because of poor packaging and crazy high shipping prices. I will not come back.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
