I chatted with Kamal, who patiently helped me with a delicate issue (return merchandise to sender). He went through the trouble of getting information for me in my package, and for helping me upload my return label. Thank you SO much for great customer service. It was quick and efficient. I was worried at first about using the chat tool (versus the phone), but not anymore. I recommend! Thanks again Kamal for all your help, really appreciated!

5* Communications, 3* Weighing Service

I had a great experience dealing with customer service on the chat facility but a not so great experience with the weighing service at then moment as it something that was meant to be 0.4 kgs (as per amazon shipping weight) is listed as 2.4kgs.

I don't believe amazon would have added 2kgs worth of packaging and if they did they should be out of business... Hopefully will sort it out

Hi Jon. It appears that the seller listed the weight incorrectly as we have confirmed the weight we provided is correct. Usually sellers will list the weight per item so for a pair of boots it would be doubled plus they do not include any packaging like shoe boxes or shipping boxes. The weight we list is the total package weight. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any other questions or concerns.

Upon arrival of the product, I was in trouble because it was not displayed after 5 days have elapsed, Abubaker who is in charge of chat solved brilliantly.
"I will do my best to ship your package."
I am waiting with peace of mind. I think that it is like bad weather over the weekend and I would like to ship it soon.
