Mix up in tracking

When looking at tracking - it kept saying delivered to destination. Contacted MyUS talked to Pedde Jeff. D. ansd he took the time to trace it to Sydney Australia- not Bisbane so terminoligy was wrong -delivered to australian (sorting) in sydney -Not destination. All fixed thanks to pedde

Amazing costumer service

Abubaker Knew The Answer

I had a simple question I couldn't find an answer for on the FAQ. It had to do if private individuals can send a package to my address with MyUS and to my delight that's possible. Abubaker had to juggle several customers on chat at the same time but answered in a short time and was very friendly. Good job guys.

The rep himself (Pedde Jeff D.) was very helpful.

Unfortunately, it took a long time to get in contact. Most of the time the chat wasn't available (even though it says it should be 24/7). Once, it said it was connecting me, and after ~10 minutes of waiting, it just kicked me off saying no one was available. Finally, after trying again and waiting ~30 minutes, I was connected.

Status inquiry with Louther

I received multiple emails from MYUS. I got both confused and worried because it said i cannot ship perfumes and the package is being prepared to ship. No one wants to pay for and receive an empty package. Louther assured me that I will receive all items I ordered online and it is being prepared to be shipped to me. I feel much better now.

Had an issue where a supplier forget to send an item in a previous shipment, and as a result had to re-declare the item values on the missing parts' shipment.
Abubaker assisted me to figure out exactly how to go about doing that and I really appreciate his help.
