ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
My flight was cancelled due to COVID and it was fully refunded from the airline, but the money went to MyTrip's account, as it was booked through them. I waited the 14 business days and it never came through so I called, took me four tries before I was finally connected with someone who could help. They then said they hadn't processed the refund from their account to mine because I hadn't contacted them to tell them whether I wanted the refund or not.
I then advised them that of course I wanted the refund, the airline had advised both of us that the refund was happening.
They said okay, they'll put it through, but it will take 7-10 business days and their "handling fee" is $55!
Stay away from this useless company. They're robbers who couldn't care less about doing the right thing and they make it as hard as possible to get what you need done.
Disgusting customer service.
Don't ever booked thru this company, you will be charge with every change you make, even the airline provide complimentary changes without charge. I booked my return ticket from Perth to Singapore on SIA and was charge AUD$200 more if I will to booked direct with SIA, when I wanted to extend the date, they charge me AUD$408 for service charge! This is will be my first and last and you have to wait over the phone for an hour or more with impatience answering agent!%$@#^%@
They scammed us out of money for a changed return flight. They didn't do anything. After we paid they said we hadn't even though we had a receipt. We had to rebook the change direct with the airline and pay again. We lost our money.
Can´t do enything to help there costumers. A simple name adjustment was inpossible. Blamed the Air company, but its 3 party who is suffer. Watsh out for this company. I even try to sen a clip. But is inpossible. :(
I bought ticket and paid extra money for ticket flexibility. When I called them for ticket change, they told me after waiting for 30min on paid line that they are unable to change my ticket (I asked 2 day in advance of the flight). After that they told me to rebook with the airline and afterwards contact them with receits that they will compensate the money. Well it has been over a month now and they have stopped comunicating. Never more. Buy tickets directly through airlines!
Made a resv through them, they made an error, but kept the money -- they say they are working on a refund... they have said this for the past 6 months... obviously there will never be a refund

I just first time use your web site while searching flight. Your web site is very easy to use and everything is understandable.
I have made a mistake in name spelling, so I have contacted support via the chat. They responded quite quickly and requested the passport to correct the name. Now I'm waiting for the result.
I am writing to share my recent experience with the MyTrip website and to inform all of my negative feedback regarding the services provided by MyTrip.
I recently purchased a flexible ticket for a trip and requested a change in the date. Despite being assured by the MyTrip support team that the date change would be handled promptly and efficiently, the change was not made. This resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration.
Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by MyTrip was unacceptable. I was not provided with a satisfactory resolution to my issue and was left feeling disatisfied and frustrated.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using the MyTrip website to purchase tickets. There are many other reliable and trustworthy travel websites available that offer better customer service and more efficient services.
I hope that this information will be helpful in making an informed decision about using MyTrip for future travel plans.
In summary, you pay, they take your money, but they do not serve/support/Help you. Stay away, don't buy extra service, think 3 times when buying tickets.

The girl I talked to didn't seem to care AT ALL about the situation. She understood English, but it was hard for her to find the right words. I would avoid to work with My Trip.
I could not have had a more terrible experience with MyTrip. They are impossible to get a hold of via email and via phone. They take weeks to answer emails, and when they do, their responses are incomplete and entirely unhelpful. I called their phone number and was kicked out of the queue so many times, if the phone number was even working that day. There were days where I could not dial the number at all.
They cancelled my entire itinerary just a few short weeks before my international trip. When I was finally able to get through on the phone I learned that they do not plan to refund me the full amount, and they plan to keep my money for additional add-on services that I can no longer use. I have no idea how long it will take to receive the refund, the representative on the phone could only say "very soon" and would not commit to a timeline. MyTrip is a scam and a joke. Nobody should ever book with this "company." Not only do they plan to pocket about $289 from my cancelled trip for their non-existent customer service and for additional add-ons I can no longer use, I now have to pay an exorbitant amount for a last minute flight because I was not notified about this cancellation until the last minute. I am absolutely fuming and I'm sure I won't see my refund for months (IF AT ALL!) because MyTrip doesn't seem to know what "very soon means" or understand the concept of good customer service. I cannot say more negative things about MyTrip. Please, do not book with them.

Booked and paid for a return flight 8 months in advance. They cancelled my return flight (was still operating by carrier) and still showed the flight exists in communication a couple of weeks before departure. When questioned when abroad the status of return trip they stated that it is cancelled and do not have any seats for any other flight. Left to organize return with a large higher cost. Spent a day of family vacation with huge stress to find a new booking.
Book with the airline higher cost but you do not have to deal with the lack of communication and scam artists.

They also Blatantly lied to me when i tried to change my flight an hour after i booked it, Dont use them Avianca is CRAP as well, only use if you have to. But use direct, not with this JOKE
When I arrived at Montréal airport, I was told by Porter Airlines agents that my reservation for the Montreal-Toronto leg of the trip was cancelled. I did not receive any email warning me of this, either from mytrip or from Porter Airlines. According to the Porter Airlines agents, mytrip.com cancelled my reservation on 27 October 2022, one day after I booked the trip (26 October 2022). They showed their computer screen which indeed indicates my reservation was cancelled on that date. According to mytrip.com agents on the online chat, they did not cancel the reservation. No help at all from mytrip agents online, they just refused to book another flight or reimburse me. Porter airlines agents said this happened often with third party websites.
Update: I have emailed the right person (after finding their contact on a facebook group of angry mytrip customers) and got a refund a week later for my cancelled flight + the train ticket I had to buy last minute.
I'm glad they did, however, I would still like to stress that the agent I contacted on the online chat on the day of my travel was of no help at all, point blanked refused to book another flight/train or refund me anything. Another agent I contacted afterwards by email also said they could not reimburse me because the reservation was cancelled by the "system", not them. So the customer service is very bad, unless you find the right person, which thankfully I did.
Booked via mytrip.com amd they clearly seem to be fraudsters! Stuck on the Airport and no help offered from mytrip.com. Do anything to avoid these crooks!
I couldn't reschedule my flight which got canceled on the 16 th of july due to covid 19, Mytrip wouldn't respond to my phone call.
On the 27th of july they did the same. They put me on hold for 2 hours 44 minutes and 13 seconds and talked to me but too little too late I lost $608.44 of my money.
Stay away from them or else they will take your money and waste a great deal of your time.

These guys tried to charge me first the price difference when I tried to change a date, now my airline said they don't do that under the Covid-19 policy, they kept saying anyway that I have to do it- pay the difference which would be around 1000$ more! Then when I finally got them to contact the airline they admitted that I don't have to pay the difference of price but I need to pay the tax difference still close to $1000 when I asked them to send me the evidence on paper of that they disconnected! In the end I called my airline directly and they rebooked the whole flight for me without charging a $ extra for it. MYTRIP you absolutely SUCK! I hope that you will read this. I would recommend to stay away from them

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
