You end up receiving cancellations if not by MyTrip then the Airline etc.
The worst part is that you pay extra £30 Admin fee (EACH TIME your flight is cancelled) even if you purchase a FLEXIBLE ticket.

I try to pay for my ticket and the website keep on posting error while processing retry. Try to call customer service phone number, no customer service agent available without order number.
Customer service I the worst, airlines do not help you if you book through mytrip. Never answerd the phone or if you are lucky maybe in 3 hours. Email the answerd a week after with a ridiculous excuse. Nothing get fix, you will lose you money or at the best it will be a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY

One of my flight (out of 3 legs) was cancelled by the airline and with that, my entire itinerary has to be cancelled. It is not my own choice that it had to be cancelled, yet they do not take the initiative to help me with contacting the airline. My husband and I booked separate itinerary because our return flight were different. I contacted MyTrip first about the cancelled flight by Japan Airline and was told I had no choice but the whole booking need to be cancelled. Then I told my husband he needed to contact Priceline (he bought his flights through them). Within a week, my husband got his refund issued. I contacted MyTrip and they said nothing they can do and make it Japan Airline's issue and told me I had to wait. So I proceed to file a dispute with my credit card so that I can get my money back. Now I was told they won't help me until after 3 months past the credit dispute date... If this company is not a scam, I don't know what is. How are they a travel agent when they help you with nothing. At the beginning of the call to customer service, it says the call was being recorded. I asked them for a copy of the transcript and they said no. If they're honest and are truly trying to help customers, why not share what was being said in the call so that I can get second opinions on it from my attorney?
DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A REFUND, even if you pay for free cancellation and the airline refunds them your money! After booking a flight for 2 and paying extra for free cancellation, the airline had to refund 1 of my 2 tickets and immediately sent said refund to MyTrip, who never sent it to me. The customer service is useless, clearly reads a script and does not listen, and after bouncing me back and forth between them and the airline several times, I finally got one rep to give me an email to send my proof (confirmation of refund from airline), to which they NEVER responded, even after repeated email attempts over the next two weeks. It's been MONTHS and they still have my money and have continued to ignore me. If my bank can't help me, the next step is legal action.

And I cancel my flights in 1 min. Coz of wrong departure date. Trip.com charges me for $50 handling fee. $#*!ing drip off
My flight was cancel by airline so I did get refund from airline and airline told me to contact mytrip.com but they not give me the refund such a bad experience ever!
So I book a flight for Vietnam to Thailand and Thailand to cambodia. I book all business class seat which they charge me a lot of money for they have advertised the plane as A350 which is a big plane, but the the day I few it was A320 vn airline so I was like whatever smaller plane which also smaller seat but I'm still ok until my flight from Thailand to Phnom Penh I went to check in and guess what there's no business class seat only Econ so I called the airline then they told me oh I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you cause it's time to fly already! This is the worst worst worst customer service ever they don't even refund my money back and give me such a rude respond. I can't believe this company still operate in the united state when it such a bad bad scam blood sucking people money!

Honestly this has been a great surprise and definately a future go for, such a great team. My flight malaga nice wasn't only cheap but they helped me all along the way with the problems that someone can experince such as flight cancelation and such on, at this times of covid, very realible people
They mixed up my name when booking the tickets and would not correct the mistake. In the end I had to pay for the cancellation of the ticket. Their customer service showed no remorse or care.
I would put 0 star if this option was acceptable. They cancelled my flight and for no reason they did not return the full amount of the money. So they kept 30 euros for doing nothing.

Mytrip has the worst support/ customer care. It should be instead called- "customers? We don't care".
The India call center is the worse. The queue is so long that the by the time your number comes 90 mins are over and the mobile operators cut the call. You have to get back in the queue.
1) Mytrip guys know this so they will purposely keep you on long holds so you drop and they never call you back even after you request them
2) For cancellations even if the flight operators are ready to refund these guys will say that your tickets are non-refundable and will not help or cooperate.
3) They charge 3 times what the flight companies charge for any change requests and then don't do it. You have to followup a lot.
4) Emailing them does not help. Nobody reads customer emails at mytrip
Nobody should ever book a ticket through mytrip. Even if it's a bit expensive, go for direct airline websites to book tickets. These are the worse people.
MyTrip you are such a bad company I only wish you get closed as soon as possible. Thats the only way I see that the customer harassment can stop...
Trying to get a refund or just a credit to use in the future has proven to be very difficult with this company. Got a hold of the actual airline who is willing to help me until they realize this company doesn't use US currency and cannot convert pounds into US airline tells me to get a hold of my trip.com which I did they are saying there's nothing they could do for me because the airline has not physically canceled their flight. During this crises and most world leaders asking the public to not travel unless necessary I believe the response of my trip.com should be of course we will either refund your money I'll give you a credit towards another trip instead of completely taking advantage of the situation and stealing my hard earned money but I cannot afford to lose. Please do not be fooled by this company they are completely Fraudulent and are not willing to help their customers there's no phone number to call them and emailing them is a joke you just get a generic email back saying you're working on your case which of course they are not I am going to fight this until I get my money back or a credit towards another flight in the future after this craziness is done.If there was an option to give them zero stars I would
Please stay away from this company. It was so impossible to contact the customer service. I had to hold the line more than an hour and that was not helpful anyway.
Stay away from this company, no respect for their customers, no response from support, no help. Even mailed me lie that they send updated ticket to my e-mail but still haven't.
I called providing my flight details and they refused to give me a refund and any tangible solutions regarding a cancelled flight from Vancouver to Toronto. They claimed WestJet would issue me a refund, but it was MyTrip that took my payment and they were the ones with all my credit card information for the booking.
The lady on the line who refused to give me her employee number or more than a first name hung up, after I urged for an appropriate solution, after she suggested I call the WestJet airline who supposedly will deal with the issue.
WestJet already confirmed a day before that it is the third party who did the booking's responsibility to issue me the money I'm owed for the cancelled flight.

I got a flexible ticket and wanted to change it here is what happened: Many calls everyday for a whole day same things:
Hello can i take your order number - OK let me place you on hold for 2-3 mins - (5x) I finding difficulty accessing your booking let me place you on hold for 2-3 mins - I have transferred your booking to the support team they should get back to you soon.
They send an email telling me to call. AND REPEAT.
Eventually I called my bank to return my money.
Answer: flights@mytrip.com although don't expect a timely response (if any)
Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
