NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
This is not my first time booking flight ticket online yet the first booking with mytrip.com and I got frustrated due to their terrible customer service. I paid, I got confirmation letter, I got the e ticket receipt too. Yet when I checked in online there was no any reservation under my name. I called and talked to 3 of representatives of mytrip and they couldn't find my booking reservation neither. They also weren't able to answer my questions regarding why I got the confirmation letter, e ticket receipt yet they couldn't find my booking. They have been not only unhelpful but also being rude when they kept trying to cut me off saying "sorry, I can't help, and I can't stay on the line with you". Yeap, they got my, money, they did email me confirmation letter, e ticket receipt and then they said that's not their fault not being able to find my booking reservation.
Absolute trash... rebooked tickets of cancelled flight on the summer. The tarif was lower that the original one, so to match The price paid we agreed on the phone to an upgrade, which allowed us to have a suitcase per person... nothing else. I paid a fee and this morning they called me to say it was a mistake, So no suitcase and refund possible. If i take a higher rate i had to pay extra but if lower they keep the money. Real thieves! Never again
Do not bother. They will not help you. They will keep tossing and taking you in circles. Each one comes with a different story.
