They are absolutely a scam website and tell about airline policies as they wish but not the real airline policies not to refund any money in case you need to change or cancel the ticket you will lose your money there is no online support also and you will be losing your money when calling them
First of all, they don't show you a summary of your purchase before payment. Only after purchase, did I encounter different additional options charged which I did not select. I immediately contact customer support and they said that the system "tracks every click" for legal purposes and insisted I made the selection. Refused to change it as the terms are "non-refundable". Buy from them at your own risk. It may not be the cheaper option after all.
If anyone would like to take their own life, I would refer them to MyTrip. I have never seen such a company in my life. How are they still legally running the business? I have zero clue about it. Once your money is debited from your account and they have it, you are absolutely done and cannot hope to get any kind of refund from them. Their customer care representatives are such idiots with zero idea about what they are doing.
My flight was cacelled by the airline, and Mytrip was unable to schedule me a different one, their reason was that they had "thecnical issues". I had to schdule a diffrent flight by myself, and a month after the flight, i still did not get my refund.

Per today's phone call to their horrible customer service, I'm told that I am not eligible for a refund. How can that even be? They canceled my reservation, not me. They owe me $1000.34! I had a terrible experience with MyTrip travel agency. I booked a flight through them from Mex to Las Cabos, but upon arriving at the airport, I was informed that I could not board the flight due to overbooking. This caused me to miss my connection flight t to Vancouver and disrupted my travel plans.
Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team and submitting all the necessary documentation to support my claim for a refund, MyTrip failed to process my refund or compensate me for the inconvenience caused. It's unacceptable for a travel agency to book more tickets than the number of seats available on a flight, and even more so when they fail to provide the necessary support to rectify the situation.
I would not recommend MyTrip to anyone and would advise caution when booking through them. Their lack of professionalism and failure to honor their commitment to customers is extremely disappointing. I hope they take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide better customer service in the future.

Me presente al aeropuerto para presentarme y subir al avión, la aerolinea me dijo que tenia una deuda de 400 euros y que tenia que pagarla sino, no podia subir al avion. No se de donde viene esta deuda pero mytrip acuso la aerolina de haber cambiado nuestra reserva tras cancelar el vuelo, lo que es pura mentira porque estuve en el aeropuerto y nos enseñaron todo lo que hicieron los agentes de mytrip... ellos hicieron cambios que no quisimos y no pagaron la aerolinea y nunca mandaron comprobante de pago. Total no pude viajar a Peru. Felicidades estafadores

Called them last week as I was entitled to a refund due to cancelled flights. I had been chasing them for months regarding this refund I was entitled to. The guy on the phone (when I finally got through) said 'Maam you just need to be patient' when I clearly was patient and had been chasing them for months and he fobbed me off and hung up. Most unprofessional and scandallous crowd I have ever come across. I still haven't got my money back.
They will ask you to do everything on your own and through airline. They keep you in chat forever and never solve your problem
I purchased a trip through this outfit back in October and have documentation showing that the airline that cancelled on me refunded its portion within the hour of its cancellation, but this outfit simply kept the money. When I saw the full charge of the trip on my account I disputed it with my bank but the bank failed to do its part. Now the outfit claims it "won the dispute" though it was an open and shut case of unlawful retention of moneys due me. It is now the 6th month that this game is going on. DO NOT trust this outfit with a penny of your money. They are toxic.

Customer service is a foreign call centre that simply read off a script. I have called daily for 3 weeks, every single time I am told "we have contacted the airline, please wait and give us more time - don't worry, we are sure it will be fine". Every. Single. Time.
We're due to fly out in 6 days.
For context, our return flight from Auckland to Heathrow on 13/04/23 was rescheduled by 5 minutes, yet MyTrip tell me it's cancelled and can't rebook. Air New Zealand say this is not the case, we're still booked on but MyTrip (as the travel agent), just need to reissue the ticket - they are surprised by the actions (or lack thereof) by MyTrip. We are a family of four with a 4 month old baby and a 4 year old. No urgency or compassion given from MyTrip call centre when we reiterate this.
When I ask how long, they reply "we cannot give you a time but please just wait".
When I ask if there will be a fare price difference, they say "hmm I am not sure but please just wait".
When I ask what my options are, they say "please wait for the airline authorisation".
When I ask what if they don't authorise it, they say "we will contact you by email with options".
When I ask to speak to a manager or the booking team they say "there is no one else available right now sir".
Having read other reviews here, it's clear that we will not get a refund processed (some are still waiting 12+ months). Instead we will be the calling Etravali Group press office daily, owner of MyTrip, as it's the only other number we can find.
AVOID. Once you book and pay, you are on your own my friend and will only deal with bots in a call centre that take zero action. Resolving this issue 6 days out, for return flight from LHR to AKL for a family of 4, will cost us thousands.
Booked a return flight from Sydney to Gold Coast departing 2/4/2023 and returning 9/04/2023, this through Mytrip utilising REX. Today is 16/2/2023, my business partner has today been scheduled for emergency surgery thus I can no longer take my trip. It has taken hours to converse with either even into the late evening to ascertain whether I can obtain a credit and book later. Mytrip advised me no credit or refund and to contact REX who in turn advised me to contact Mytrip. This is a roundabout and one gets absolutely nowhere, this is a reflection of management design aimed at retaining consumer funds. The REX phone operator stated that they have no means of contacting Mytrip to discuss this issue, she also offered me to contact REX via their website which would provide an answer in approximately 20 days. I was also informed that I would receive an e-mail outlining T&C's in this regard within 5 minutes - well, no e-mail and neither in the spam. It does not take an idiot to understand that senior management of both entities have aligned their website administrators to provide flight details on both respective websites and transfer funds yet no means of contact as per the phone operator?
I am a business partner in a retail entity in Australia which values and has a very highly rated service reputation through Productreview and this is absolutely the opposite service of which we stand for, I would strongly suggest there is a form of collaboration to contain funds paid by consumers and not to refund. I will be taking this up with the ACCC in principle.
This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I have booked a flight last year, first I asked the company if I could cancel the first ticket and only use the second one, the agent said yes and you have to pay a certain amount. The next day I asked another agent said no this cannot be done. So I decided to cancel the ticket and they told me I will get a refund of the ticket. I canceled my ticket on the 14th of June 2022, and I have been sent an email that I will receive a refund. I have been calling since then. Today we're the 16th of March 2023 and I still haven't received anything. Everytime I call they keep telling me the same thing (Thank your for your understanding mam). I stay on line with them for more than 20 minutes every time and they don't do anything to help me. They are the worst.
