Flexible ticket is not flexible and not worth the money. I tried to change the time of my ticket and had to argue with the customer service person that I had purchased a flexible ticket. Then I got disconnected. I tried again to change the time of my flight only, not the date, only to be told six days before the flight is not earlier enough and oh yeah! There are limited seats allotted for rebooking. So there is no flexibility in the flexible ticket. And guess what there is no refund for a flexible ticket. So no options.
I don't recommend getting a flexible ticket. And I don't recommend using this provider.

Mytrip.com rate is negative zero
Mytrip.com rate is negative zero, due to my terrible bad experience with this company. After 6 months of waiting for my refund with Doctor certificate and bought a cancellation insurance, just now
May 5th 2023 received from Mytrip.com that due to my doctor certificate not received within 5 working days by Mytrip, Mytrip cannot refund my more than AU$2000 plus money. I notify Mytrip approx. 1 month before my departure with Doctor certificate as they ask me, I am not sure if they received it more than 5 days or not but I bought an insurance if I cancel my trip, I received a confirmation November 2022 that Mytrip accepted the cancellation. My France trip will be Dec 22,2022 and I am sure that they already sold my cancelled ticket to someone else as it's Christmas.
I am terribly disappointed with this company so any of you who wanted to buy from this company never ever buy from Mytrip ever...

I paid MyTrip for a flight from Tel Aviv to Cairo and Cairo to Tel Aviv in March 2023, the last leg from Sharm El Sheik to Tel Aviv was cancelled by the airline. I submitted a claim to MyTrip on 31 March and five weeks after I still don't get my money back. Because of this cancellation I had to rebook and it cost me an additional $800.00.

Everyone is confusing, they send the wrong tickets that are ordered!

I jumped at the price on Skyscanner and booked a round trip flight from the US to Mexico. I had never heard of mytrip and didn't think to check the reviews before purchasing. Suffice it to say, I was fully expecting something to go wrong prior to our trip. Everything worked (aside from some delays from the airlines). If you want my recommendation, stay away from mytrips to avoid the stress but it actually can work out.

Please read all reviews about this company coz they are true! Please don't get caught with there extra insurance offers! It's a scammer! They make there money true this scam! The terms and conditions are not transparent! You will only find out if you had to make a claim. They will do everything to not pay the claim even though they have taken more then half your money you will not get to use the rest too!
This is a indian company operating under fuse pretense of been a Swedish company with a base in Australia each! Be very careful they will also put you on hold for long periods of time and cut the line to put you off your making the claim.

DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A REFUND, even if you pay for free cancellation and the airline refunds them your money! After booking a flight for 2 and paying extra for free cancellation, the airline had to refund 1 of my 2 tickets and immediately sent said refund to MyTrip, who never sent it to me. The customer service is useless, clearly reads a script and does not listen, and after bouncing me back and forth between them and the airline several times, I finally got one rep to give me an email to send my proof (confirmation of refund from airline), to which they NEVER responded, even after repeated email attempts over the next two weeks. It's been MONTHS and they still have my money and have continued to ignore me. If my bank can't help me, the next step is legal action.

Ordered connecting flights, Jakarta to Manila. Then Manila to Osaka (2.5 hours gap)… their email and FAQ shows connection guarantee… so i proceeded.
The first flight ended up being delayed 2 hours… so very impossible for me to catch the Manila to Osaka one. Reached out to customer service, they said they can only cancel the delayed one (Jakarta to Manila). How does that guarantee anything? Beware and stay away from these guys. I will report ACCC

My flight is in less than 24h and they told to wait up to 72h for confirmation but their policy is up to 12 h. Stay away

Buy a ticket with them
Will never ever buy a ticket inh Life again with them
I want to cancel my flight and contact the airlines and airline told me to see with my agency
And I email them and my trip say they would take a fees to cancel on my behalf!

They cancelled they flight and the full ticket of 550E and never refunded the due amount. This company is a scam.
I submitted the case to PAYPAL because I paid using Paypal in 4 times. For this reason? Up to now - april 2023- they didn't refunded.

Booked a flight for 17:45pm. At check-in with the airline it shows 05:45 which I can't make! Went straight to MyTrip website to check itinerary - still showed 17:45.

Phoned this useless company, got put through to someone who told me an email had been sent out with the new time - if they did, it wasn't received. I asked them why they wouldn't have updated the time shown in my booking on the website, apparently they don't do that because the airline changed the time!

I got cut off. Called back, got cut off again. Sounds like the call centre is in India with all the noise in the background.

I bought tickets, they charged my credit card immediately, and they never made the reservation; I called them many times to complain, and they sent me a refund email, but the refund never arrived. I think they answered from India or Pakistan; they ignored my complaints, and I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Service and fees

Booked airtickets with app. Sequence of names first names, last names were confusing. Before payment sequence was correct after payment sequence change and ended up with wrong name sequence vs passport. Called immediately, sent passport proof next day when received their email. After that, no followup from the teams. I have used various methods, emails, calls and livechats but still no response for 16days.
Finally after 16days, they responded with a payment link of SGD60 for the name correction, on top of this, they added that additional charges will be imposed if airline (Cathay) charges them. In the end, I might be paying SGD60 just for mytrip team to contact Cathay for the amendment and another fee in USD to be paid again from Cathay to mytrip.
Think twice before using mytrip! Please blacklist mytrip.

Please do not purchase from this platform.
Checked out at $968 SGD, keyed in card details, charged $1197 without informing. Only get to know when I views my bank statement.

Customer hotline refused to give an explanation. Tried emailing, but received a no reply email. Used 24/7 live chat, service staff is not helpful at all. Used online form, they got back to me with lousy explanation and I'm unable to reply to their email. Everything has to restarts the process again.
