We have come through my friend reference. She leave in madurai. We not said this to virtuous team, but after booking package we faced some issue with him. We booked so long before 3 months but as per busy schedule he not send any details and we received all the details when we call him some times and he also say dont worry we will already arranged all the things you can freely tour. But when reach we get all well arranged things.

We want to suggest only kindly share all the details and confirmation with guest. We know you are working so long time ago but kindly remember that. Management is so supportive and he pic call at all time. Thanks for all good. We suggest with all our experience.

Great time we spend with you massive holiday. We are really enjoyed at our Rajasthan trip. We enjoy at jodhpur your surprise birthday cake for my father. We always plan with you and give reference for our friends and known person.

Out tour for odisha was very good. We stay at hotel in puri toshali sands he take care us perfectly. Car was good and staff is so supporting. We want to thanks for arranging rahul ji and booking team sachin.

We had visited dwarka and somnath last year with virtuous holidays he really make ultimate trip not also all time he in touch. We always refrence.

This is regarding the Kerala trip package. The package included booking of a 4 star hotel 'The Lake View resort' Munnar for 2 nights (25th & 26th nov). This hotel was suggested by a agent only (namely Neha), who helped with various quotations and booking. The hotel was sold out and unavailable, which the hotel sales agent communicated to virtuous holidays on the next day 22nd nov. Morning itself. Virtuous holidays missed the communication from the hotel and didn't let us know on the same. As a result we were denied check-in, after arriving at the resort on 25th nov. Evening 6:00 pm. We then reached out to the assigned Relationship Officer (namely Vijayalakshmi), who then in coordination with virtuous backend team took 2 hours to book another hotel (Hill View), but a 3 star one. Next day we need to check out from there too, and after follow-up he helped and always in touch. What we need they full fill. Thank you team virtuous holidays for make my trip memorable.
