Dont come any near this online agency! Worst customer service ever who mislead you and dont do what they said they would do! Tried to cancel and get refund for the flight tickets purchased based on misleading information from the airlines. Eventhough the airlines agreed to waive my ticket, mytrip found many reasons or ways to have the tickets expired and wasted. The only thing they needed to do is to contact the airlines regarding my issue but they refused to do so even when i had satisfied everything that they requested for the matter. Plus, every operator gives you different information to mislead you. Some of them were quite arrogant! Never ever use this agency!

I ordered 7 tickets for a vacation with my family in Madrid before the pandemic started. Trying to reach mytrip costumer service was truly a nightmare. Phones, emails, through their websites, anything I can and they are always saying that they will reach me back and never do. The funny thing is that we purchase cancellation insurance, and with the global situation it is more than obvious that we shall get a refund for our tickets (2 persons are in high risk due to COVID-19).
We had enough, we are about to sue this horrible company. Do your self a favor and stay away.
This company will rip you off! I paid ahead while purchasing my ticket from Hanoi to Laos for visas. I filled out the applications they sent, but never received my visas. There is no way to contact the company. Total scam!
They can offer great prices but when you have a problem their customer service is ridiculous and they try to avoid your questions and put you on hold multiple times like they have no idea how to even help. I was waiting on the phone for nearly an hour and once I gave my booking number I was put on hold for a further 10 minutes and then hung up on!
I will never use MyTrip as my travel agency. Their support is terribly bad. I booked a ticket from Hong Kong to Nagoya. I heard a lot of flights from Hong Kong was cancelled at the time, so I directly inquired to the airline about that, then I learned the cancellation of my flight. That was just a few days before the flight schedule. I know MyTrip says "the confirmation of the latest information about the flights is on customers' responsibilities", still, they should notify the cancellation to us, it is not so difficult to do.
And the worst thing is that their support of telephone office is amazingly bad. They were always annoyingly annoyed and when I requested the refund, they asked me to call a different number and I had to wait for 20 minutes on a queue again.
I can't give a 0 star review... I had to cancel my flight as a close family member sadly passed away. The airline agreed to waive their cancellation charges but Mytrip, so far, decided to keep the money stating T&Cs. This is really unacceptable. So Mytrip is keeping the ticket value and also the airport taxes and other taxes. Don't think this is legal but not according with Mytrip. I had all sorts of issues with agents during Covid and from now on I will only book directly with the airlines. Booking directly with the airlines may be more expensive but when things go wrong they are quick to resolve it.
Terrible customer service. My flight was changed by the airline, when I contacted MyTrip to reschedule they told me it would take 3-5 days. 14 days later I still had no response despite calling multiple times. 2 days before I was due to depart I contacted the airline direct and resolved the issue myself. The airline apologised on behalf of MyTrip and took control of the booking directly.
To make matters worse MyTrip refused to refund me their admin fee of £30 despite me having to do all the work myself and them completing absolutely nothing. I will never use them again.
Scammers! Stay away. They take your money and then don't want to know. Waited half an hour to get through to them after my flight had been cancelled by the airline. They are going to charge me €30 to request a refund from the airline. I asked them if they could rebook but they said I had to liaise directly with the airline. I called the airline but as they have put their own contact details in the booking I can't even make amendments directly with the airline. So I now have to call MyTrip again. Absolutely shambolic, save your sanity, stay away from these cowboys!
I had a horrible experience with my trip. I bought my ticket to Brazil and due to the CV situation I had to reschedule my ticket. I immediately paid 316 euros for the exchange, two days later I received an email saying that it was not possible to re book and I received my refund. I tried calling once, twice, three times, they stalled and never answered and I had to pay a 119 euros phone bill for waiting and not having been answered. A lack of respect for the customer is very, very big, I've sent several emails and they didn't give me the return of any. Now I have to buy another ticket because of their lack of professionalism.

We had booked a flight to Alaska from Dublin via Seattle. The night before we flew we tried to check in on line to discover that our tickets for the Dublin Seattle leg (return) had been cancelled. After several hours of ringing MyTrip, aer lingus and Alaska air we got no where and as we had a tour booked for Alaska we had to buy new tickets at enormous cost. Now we are home and trying to get a refund. My Trip are telling us it has to come from the airline and the airline are saying my trip have to give to us. Trying to talk to an agent from My Trip is a nightmare. They keep fobbing us off. They are total disaster and I would advise you to keep as far a way as possible.

MyTrip has a trick to scam customers.
After booking a ticket, they force the customers to change the flight or cancel it siting changes in schedule or cancellations.
Then they say that the refund has been issued but that never reaches the customer.
I have not seen such a fraudulent international travel company. I got scammed of my money and I just cannot get my refund back. Banging my head to get some action from their support desk.

I use your service a lot, but one thing keeps happening:
I am located in Germany, but I use Skyscanner in EN, however when redirected from Skyscanner DE, the EN locale is not passed, and therefore I land on the German version of your website.
Then, my Chrome is autotranslating it, which is causing buggy behaviour.
I booked flights to Poland with mytrip, less than 1 week later jet2 cancelled my outgoing flight and advise I would receive a full refund. It has taken numerous phone calls and emails to mytrip to get them to acknowledge this, it's been over 4 weeks now and I have still not received my refund. Now they are advising that they mytrip will be deducting their fees from my refund! Absolutely terrible service…. I highly recommend staying well clear of this company.
We made a booking online for a ticket and paid for more than 400 dollars,
They took the money from Credit card acc. But they didnt sent us anything, we were waiting for confirmation in email, and it never came also in cell phone they dont answer it at all..

I paid extra if my my sister canceled her trip, but she passes away by an accident, and I paid for her ticket and I have called my trip 3 times and explained and send them her dead certificate, to refund my money, but there has been no solution. Its been 2 weeks.
I booked a flight with them with a debit card. Three days later they sent me an email reporting the flight as cancelled by the Airline. They offered to contact the airline for me to ask for a refund with a charge of 30€. I contacted the Airline myself and found out (I have written proof) that the ticket for my flight was never purchased by Mytrip.com to begin with. The flight was never cancelled by the airline. When contacting Mytrip.com to ask for a full refund I just received very vague answers (including an offer to apply for a refund again paying the 30€ fee, which I obviously declined, as it's clearly their fault for not purchasing the ticket). It's been almost a month now and I still have no clear answer from them.
I booked through them, and the airline cancelled the flight, I called and emailed multiple times, on some occasions they said they will refund within 5 days, and some ocassions said they can not refund. Stay away from this company as if something goes wrong, they never help. They are literal scammers. How do they still operate, I dont understand.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
