I tried to call an agent whom sounded as if they were on a metro or traveling, very noisy background. I told that woman that my mother is dying in Spain and I needed to get there as soon as possible. What? The question I did not want to hear as I have been trying for an hour.
So…I booked online. Kind of sad, some humans appear to be lagging behind computers. I have my ticket and hopefully will reach my mother before she passes away.
The virtual assistant was even worse than the human. Just book by yourself. Save the headaches.
Some of their ticket search engines include taxes and some do not. The same is true with their own web page. Be aware of this "anti competition" tactic. Mytrip should insure that the TOTAL price caries through to the final price. It would make ticket shopping much friendlier.
Never heard of your site, but round a flight through kayak and it was considerably cheaper. Went to book and it kicked me out 10 times while processing payment and charged my credit card all 10 times as well. Finally got it to go through and it said the flight had gone up $800 in 30 mins. Finally was able to book hours later through an email I was sent- not sure what happened!
I have been using MyTrip to book my flights and I have had a pleasant experience. There is a variety of payment methods to chose from including Affirm for buy now and pay later which comes very handy when you have low funds and need time to pay the flight fare on a monthly basis. The booking process is just easy and uneventful.
I called to make change on my reservation. Our 1 year old is sick so wanted to see if we can get credit for the amount paid OR change class to business so we can travel comfortably. I checked and airline does have business seats available for that day. Agent was barely able to communicate/couldn't even get us connected to manager/ was on hold for most of the call / and lastly hung up while on hold.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
