Very easily I have made my booking for multiple cities.
I found a very acceptable price and I am very happy
In Februry 2020 I booked go and back flight brussels to Catania for mid March 2020. Due to the Corona virus outbreak in Italy the trade fair I was attending was cancelled.
Mytrip, despite Alitalia (the airline I was to travel on) stating that they Do refund airport taxes, would not refund one cent.
When I tried to change my ticket to Italy to a later date, Mytrip's and the customers service refused to followed the rules of the customers service. The original airfare was AZ 151 and the flight cancelled 3 times because of the governement and the epedemic situation in Italy. MyTrip never communicate any changement of my travelling and Today I can not go their because of the virus and they don't want to realise a refund, they are not answering to any mails or phone calls.
Mytrip is the worst online travel agency ever. I Will NEVER book through them again and I'll really think twice about booking through a 3d party in future. This is an unethical company who steals your money.
It is impossible to get any information like an email address or even office address for this business forget about finding a name for any of their employees if they have any, because the names that they gave to you on the phone are fakes.
Once you research them (something I obviously should have done before swiping my credit card) you will find they hide all comments on their social media like Facebook so one cannot see or write what other consumers have said about them. Mytrip is not transparent and have no interest in customer service nor fair consumer practices. Their South African phone numbers redirects you to a call centre based in India or Africa (unfornutely they can not speak your languages) where the operators work off scripts. You are dealing with a ghost company. Once you give them your money it is guaranteed you will never see it despite the circumstances.

The worst booking experience in my life!
1) In April of 2023 I booked a return flight from Israel to Berlin for December of 2023. In November 2023 I contacted the support of this site because I assumed that there could be some issue with the booking in connection with a situation of war in the country. In the chat with the support team, they informed me that the flight company had already canceled the flight. I suppose if I didn't ask them privately they even wouldn't bother themselves to inform me about the situation.
2) But this was only the beginning. I paid 915.99 USD only for tickets, 219.98 USD for Checked baggage, and 513.54 USD for the Cancellation Guarantee and Flexible Ticket. I asked the support team about the possibility of refunding the money I spent on the tickets and in case of any issue from the flight company sight a possibility of using the Cancellation Guarantee 90%-of-cost voucher. They told me in case of the issue I would come to use the Cancellation Guarantee option. Eventually, I received an email notification about the refund of 572.71 USD which was at least half of what I expected to receive.
3) I started the new chat with the support team and asked them to cancel the refund and give me the Cancellation Guarantee 90%-of-cost voucher (which I paid for). Instead, they started claiming I insisted on the refund and nothing could be undone. I told them that nobody informed me that I would receive such a low amount of money, and nobody asked me to confirm that I agreed with it. But they repeatedly said nothing could be improved.

Ayant été testée positive au Covid, j'ai du annuler mes billets d'avion. J'ai informé Mytrip plusieurs jours avant mes vols, afin qu'ils annulent mon voyage et étudient mes possibilités de remboursement. Cela fait 7 jours que je les contacte par téléphone pour obtenir ne serait-ce qu'une attestation d'annulation à transmettre à ma banque! AUCUN RETOUR. Suite à ma demande, l'un des agents m'a raccroché au nez, un autre agent m'a envoyé l'email suivant qui ne répond absolument pas à ma demande: "Selon votre demande d'annuler la réservation, on à annuler le segment de voyage et on a transmis votre demande de remboursement a notre département concerné et vous répondrons aussitôt que possible."
Onze reis ging niet door naar Thailand vanwege Corona.! 8 jan, kregen we bericht dat ze het geld hadden aangevraagd. Daarna niks meer van gehoord. Wij reageren 8 april maar weer eens of er al schot in de zaak zit wat denk je! Ze hebben al 60 dagen niks van ons gehoord en we komen niet meer in aanmerking voor teruggave. Terwijl ze toen melden dat we geduld moesten hebben. 1138 euro hadden we betaald. CRIMINEEL ZOOTJE!

Wir haben am 24.2 einen Flug gebucht, der am 8.3 seitens von MyTrip storniert wurde. Einer der Flüge wurde gestrichen, sie können keinen Ersatz anbieten und müssen die ganze Buchung stornieren. Wir sollten die Mail mit dieser Info betätigen, was wir umgehend getan haben. Nun 3 Wochen später, immer noch nichts. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache hieß es, wir müssten 30EUR Gebühren bezahlen um unser Geld zurück zu bekommen! Das ist Abzocke!
Finger weg von MyTrip! Flüge finden nicht statt und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück!
Nigdy nie kupuj nic przez mytrip oraz GOTOGATE to ta sama firma! Straciłem kilka tysiecy słotych na biletach do ktorych dokupowałem ubezpieczenie na wypadek zmian. Nic bardziej mylnego. Zostałem okradziony z moich pieniedzy przez ten portal. Nie polecam!
J'ai attendu 2h40 au téléphone pour m entendre dire qu'ils ne trouvent pas de place pour moi à une autre date alors que j'ai payé le billet plus chère pour être "changeable "! J'ai laissé le choix des dates, j'en avais juste marre d'être au Canada!

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
