I had a horrible experience with my trip. I bought my ticket to Brazil and due to the CV situation I had to reschedule my ticket. I immediately paid 316 euros for the exchange, two days later I received an email saying that it was not possible to re book and I received my refund. I tried calling once, twice, three times, they stalled and never answered and I had to pay a 119 euros phone bill for waiting and not having been answered. A lack of respect for the customer is very, very big, I've sent several emails and they didn't give me the return of any. Now I have to buy another ticket because of their lack of professionalism.
