I purchased My Pillow from Bed Bath approximately 4 yrs ago. Tried to get two more for my family and they said they no longer carry this item. What business doesn't carry an item that helps people... Bad move and I told them so. They are already hurting for business. I've heard they are closing stores.
I have never had a pillow last this long.
It's still giving me a great sleep even after I've washed it so many times. Any other pillow once washed and it's a lumpy mess.
I have neck issues. If I leave home you bet I bring My Pillow. The times I have forgotten, I suffer.
I will find the store that is carrying this product and continue to give them my business.
I purchased a pair of moccasin type slippers. They were not wide enough for my teeth they wear uncomfortable. Wanted to return them for a difference size maybe wider? But with them incorrectly wording what I had received I don't know if I would trust them to get the right thing to me? Besides that cost me $10 to return what I purchased. Processing fee? One of the very few businesses that charges this to their potential permanent customers? For this reason I will not recommend my fellow anything to anybody. I am disappointed in this process.
I tried this thing and thought it was pretty good so I bought 4 more of them for my kids. Then after about 5 months, it started getting flatter, the fill started to separate and my neck ultimately started hurting more and more every morning. I tried putting it in dryer and fluffing it up but it still flattened out and resulted in neck problems with me. Then I happened to notice that my 4 sons were not using theirs any longer and was amazed. I called the My Pillow company and they wanted my receipts, which, after 5 months, I could no longer find. So, 5 pillows later, and $300 bucks spent, I gave these things to the Salvation Army. This is my story so now you're informed of what could happen.
They sell decent pillows and other home products. They're one of the rare Biggish companies that (as far as I know) makes all of their stuff in the US. I think the main reason that they've attracted so many negative reviews is that their founder is a rare outspoken public supporter of Jesus Christ. Whether you share the founder's religious beliefs or not, know that they are genuine and you're not getting a polished actor on screen. I give them props for that.
2 hr. Wait time on returns. This company does not have their $#*! together at all. You can't get a QVC code or return UPS with purchase like normal companies. You have to call them directly to get a number from them over the phone. This is stupid ridiculous!
Purchased top of the line king size platinum premium. Received, one of the worst products I've ever bought. Pillow had 'NO" support, unless fill was shifted to one side leaving approx 6" of pillow without any fill at all. Company refuses to send RMA for return and full refund..
Received a robe from family, wished to exchange for slippers. That was October last year, it's now March 2022 and still have not received the exchange product. Despite a return number, customer service seems to be lost.
These products are garbage, and when I tried to return them with his 100% money back guarantee he charged me 20 bucks to ship it back. That in its self is a manipulation figuring that you won't return it because you don't want to pay 20 bucks for shipping I paid it. I didn't want this garbage in my house Also I am a Veteran and a Christian It offends me terribly that this guy sits on his commercials with a cross hanging out of his shirt and a picture of Jesus on the wall - the Bible and the flag, the eagle and the whole 9 yards. That is such lowlife manipulation. Please don't let this guy manipulate you with his phoney con artistry Anybody that has to use that kind of overkill trickery with religious and national artefacts in his sets obviously doesn't live it. Recently working for a customer. I found my pillow in his fire pit and I took it out. I'm gonna put it through the laundry. Because they clean up real well, he was a liberal. Went to Walmart to try to buy 2 point oh, pillow now. Not one was on the shelves. I hope they're still selling them if not lost to Walmart.
This mattress pad is thin and caused worse problems with my sciatica. Did not relieve pressure points and caused worse numbness.
The pillows are lumpy and not comfortable. I selected the pillows that were supposed to be designed for side sleepers. Finally switched pillows to get a decent nights sleep. Guests complained about pillows also, so had to replace pillows in my guest room also. Learn from my expensive mistakes and do not buy these products.
My mom gave me some pillow options when staying at her house. One felt cheap, lumpy, and low quality and I assumed it was one my dad might have "accidentally taken" from a hospital. Laughably terrible. She then told me it was a "My Pillow". I didn't believe her. Nothing could be that bad. I tried it and it felt worse than it looked. It was not the firmness (which I like). It was lumpy but still loose, like an old pillow you'd find in a house that should have been thrown away a decade ago. I'm writing harshly because I can't believe this is a product that someone tries to convince people is a good product.
Their customer service is not resolving my issues on my new pillow topper. I even sent the following email to the owner Mike with no response: Mike, I am having a problem with my bed topper, have worked with your customer service for the last 2 weeks with no satisfaction. Order #******* You need to get this corrected otherwise I will need to give you a one star rating.

No matter how many times he flaps his hands, rocks back and fourth, and grips his pillow so tight. As if it was crack! All you people had to do. Is tell your friend who bought the pillow to open up and see what's inside.
Or the commercial where the last pulls it out of the dryer, I saw the girth of the pillow. Or how about when gummy bear smile said " as soon as I got my pillow. I feel a sleep immediately.

I bought these pillows at a 2-for-1 price, which was still pretty steep for a pillow that is no more special than one from a Department Store generic brand memory foam pillow.
I had tried the pillow and after a few days found my face sank into the pillow. Over the next few weeks, the indents stayed longer, not reforming as they should have. They did not appear defective, just not as advertised to be any better quality than other, cheaper pillows on the market.
I did not wish to go buy yet another brand pillow, so i bought some thin foam to insert into the pillow case and have not had any problems since with sinking into the pillow while i slept.
I ordered 2 king size pillows and while they are decent pillows $70 is a RIP off. I have bought way better pillows at the dollar store and walmart for ten to twelve dollars. I was so excited so was my wife but beware dont waste your money
We just bought 2 premium pillow from MyPillow and we love them. The customer service rep was very helpful with selecting the right pillow for us. He even said that we can return at no cost if we don't like it and they can send a different one.
These are so bad, My neck was hurting so bad for the about 5-6 months now and I made an appointment and got my M. R. I. Results on my neck, the results show a bulging disc and possibly a pinched nerve
In which I believe that is from the My Pillows they always go flat, I wash them but it doesn't stand up to its name. Just saying I need my refund back and will never recommend them. So disappointed
I bought one of these at Costco. I was a little apprehensive because it felt like shredded foam rubber from decades ago. Brought it home and it was horrid. I found out online that it was nothing more than what I suspected... shredded foam rubber. It doesn't stay in place like the ads say, doesn't really support your neck. It's just another "Seen on TV" product.
Don't waste your money!
We are very light sleepers, so we are always looking for the best product to enhance our sleeping experience. We literally bring our own pillows with us whenever we travel because most hotels only offer hard, foam pillows (which we don't like). We tend to prefer down filled pillows with cotton covers. After ordering a pair of pillows from MyPillow sight unseen, based on the ads, we were surprised at how cheap they were in quality of construction and material. We literally tore them apart (because they were worthless to us at that point) and found that they consist of chopped up foam - period.
In our opinion, we found these pillows to be over priced, even with discounts, very uncomfortable and very cheaply made. We don't recommend them.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
