I ordered this for a gift, was so worried about it coming out badly or something going wrong because I didn't know the website. BUT I TOOK A CHANCES! And guys let me just tell you. IT IS STUNNING! 10/10 would recommend.
I was so worried after I ordered my husband's wallet because I failed to look at the reviews beforehand. Now I'm glad I didnt because I wouldnt have ordered. I made my order on Dec. 3rd and just received my wallet today on the 17th! Just in time for Christmas. I just got a sketch on mine instead of a real life photo sketch. Super happy with my purchase.

My payment was supposed to be $19 with a discount and promo but paid $46. I paid on the 8th and I was supposed to get it on the 14th or 15th. My shipment was sitting in Austell, GA for days. I even reached thru the email and Instagram. My delivery time was supposed to be from 4-7 business day and I ordered on February 8th…I finally got it on the 21st. There should be someone to speak to. It was actually a good gift. If I were to speak with someone and have better delivery, I would try again

I went to order a custom wallet that had a picture of me and my husband's daughter and I guess the picture that I wanted to be put on the wallet uploaded abnormal so they sent me an email and showed me what the l picture would look like and told me that if I wanted to change it I could do I ended up changing the picture and they sent me the revision and it's so perfect. They went out of their way to make sure that my gift came out perfect.
Ordered a purse never gor a mock-up they print it when it arrived it was ripped and had holes in it. I email for a replacement or refund. They send another one same deal ripped and now had a fingerprint on the photo. Email them aslnd they offered 40% back. Got the 40% back but that 40% didn't include the 30 buxs in postage and handleing. So upset and disappointed

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I ordered one after very long time finally I received it.the picture of four of us, no one was recognizable! I don't know what kind of laser machine they use for printing but it definitely is the worst. For me was a shameful gift to my husband and waste of money!
I was happy with company bc I ordered special gifts not knowing what to expect and was nervous- then they got lost in tracking even though I ordered early. Company reached out knowing I was tracking and son couldn't find tracking either, no one knew where they were so they decided to remake them and rush them so I could get as soon as possible- no they weren't in time for Christmas sadly, but lucky bc they rushed them I did receive them in time for their birthdays and the people were still able to get them (not like out of state) I was so happy with how one turned out specifically and even though the other was not as good, I would order again bc it was like one picture good and one ran out of stuff to do job as well not sure-but for me and people I have to it's still the thought that counted! I loved so much plus company said give me a little deal on another order bc of mess up and I told them I would order again bc I will order one for myself for sure maybe two

I ordered my husband a personalized lighter on JUNE 2ND for Father's Day.
It's now June 25th & I STILL haven't received an email stating it's even done being made!
I am beyond pissed off! I emailed with "customer service" got the normal BS. Wait another 3-5 days blah blah. So after 6 days I wrote them & now they won't answer at all.
It was my husbands FIRST Father's Day.
I am LIVID
One day after my purchase, I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the wallet because of horrible reviews from a LEGIT website. I have been requesting that my order be canceled for 3 weeks and each email I get back from "Irene", is her asking me to confirm I want to cancel my order. These people will try to insult your intelligence and act as though they do not understand basic English.
All reviews that are found on their website is fraudulent and they should be reported to the better business bureau. Beware and do not shop with them. I dealt with Jesse and Irene and both are remedial.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!
I got the wallet for my boyfriend, my sons father, for Father's Day this year. I was so excited cause I did see some great looking ones in reviews, but when I got it, it was so horrible even though the picture I provided was great! I had to email their customer service and it took me a week or back and forth to get them to agree to a refund of the product price itself. They tried to offer me just $5 back, then a replacement and I had to pay more shipping (ha!), then the price MINUS 30% still and finally they listened to me and gave me the full refund of the actual product, not how much I spent (with shipping and such), but they only listened after I called them out on their shotty work and the fact it was on sale I wasn't giving up any more than the shipping cost. They hardly apologized too, the apologized the first and last message, never in between for all the hassle this was. This company is a joke. DO NOT BY FROM THEM!
