Ordered a plaque looked amazing on pic lovely little wooden stand paid £16 for FedEx delivery... Still didn't come when it was ment to... came today just wow what a cheap chappy little bit of plastic! With cheap little plastic legs! Never again! If I could of done 0 stars I would of! Dont waste your money ppl

There were some major quality issues with my order initially but after a bit of a tussle we got them resolved. The wallets I ordered came out decent.

I hope they work to provide quality products as the standard.

I'll probably give them another chance.

I ordered my husband a wallet for Father's Day 2 weeks ago! I'm highly upset because his wallet will not be here in time! When you email customer service they feed you lines of bull $#*!! I have no idea when I will receive it, I would never order or recommend anybody to this company ever again! Scam scam scam

Customer service was excellent. They answered emails quickly and helped. The wallet was very good condition and quality. The picture is clear but I would have liked a matte finish instead of shiny as to see the picture better. The photo card turned out excellent as well.

4 stars because of the initial stress of having a damaged product (I got a spotify art thingy with a keychain), but I talked to customer support and they compensated me accordingly. Typically most people would be devastated about product damage but it was really only noticeable when the light strip was turned on, so for the most part it was okay.

Remarkable little front wallet. Will not hold more than a few cards. You can fit more like some have said, but not very comfortably. Remarkable leather. I have had it for a week only can not say if it will last a long time but build seems good quality. No place for extras, so if you like to keep a lot of stuff in your wallet this minimalist is not for you. I am trying to lose the big fat wallet and so far do not regret it.

I order my first wallet and I was unsatisfied with the product because the Pic it looks like a cartoon. I contacted the company and in a time manner they answer trying to take care my concern. I'm giving 4 stars because their costume service is excellent and when I receive the new wallet I will review the product it self.

I was very pleased with the quality and design of the product. I would have given a 5 star but the turn-around time was a little longer than I had liked. I do understand they have to customize for each individual. However, I wish they they had a quicker turn-around time.

Was embarrassed when my father opened it for Father's Day couldn't even notice the picture on front of wallet it looked like a black smear. Didn't get any refund or return email from "customer support " don't waste your money look for another store

I ordered a key chain for my dad for Christmas. It took over 2 months, Arrived in mid January. Quality was horrific, and they refused to either refund me or reprint another - as their website clearly states. STAY AWAY. I wish I'd have read these reviews before dealing with this disreputable company. Emailed several times and finally asked for a phone # to speak with a supervisor and was told 'sorry no phone service available'... The same thing that happened to Alicia F happened to me!

I haven't even received my order yet and I already hate this company! Customer service sucks! Never give you the information you're looking for, their customer team is incredibly rude! The last chat I was in was very unhelpful and they kicked me out before I could even reply! I should have read these reviews first cause majority is just crap! I pray the order isn't messed up and looks the way it's suppose to but I do not hold on hope for that as this is the absolute worst service and company I have every in my life encountered! $#*! this company! Stay away from it!

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered from them! Website states 5-7 business days to process the order. What it doesn't tell you is shipping is a flat fee of $10 and it will take 10-15 business days (yes that is up to three weeks, minimum of two weeks). I've been tracking the order and for the last 5 days it's been somewhere about 15 minutes away and hasn't moved. Their website didn't say anything about how long it would take to receive my order until I paid. This was a gift for my daughter as she's off to college but she's already left and we still don't have her necklace. I asked for a refund and they said no because the order is already on its way. Yeah been waiting a month and still nothing. Do not buy from them!

I love the wallet. I bought it from my husband in memory of our grandson who was killed a day after Christmas by a drunk driver. The only thing is I wish I would have been able to review it first because I would have done the lettering and numbers different other than that it's amazing.
I hope my husband loves it!

It's been 10 business days and my package is not only not here, it's not even in the U.S. It's in China. I normally am not this stupid, but I fell for their advertising, and believed it would be a quick Christmas gift. The customer service reps respond like bots. 1 out of 10, would not recommend.

I paid $80aud for two wallets. Absolutely terrible, looks nothing like the original photos. One photo print is basically non existent and when ask for a refund they say it's not a fault. Really wish I ordered from PayPal cause they don't care what the product looks like and send you absolute crap.
