I recently purchased a photo wallet for a very special occasion, it was embossed with a lovely photo of my friends parents. It is his wedding soon and as his parents have passed, I wanted something special for his to keep. I was initially concerned about the possible delay and relayed this via email to the company. Customer services were excellent, they responded to my emails promptly and expedited my order so it arrived on time
I almost lost over $52,700 and a group of people are serious about this scam game. All thanks to Alexwalterfxhelp at email dot com that finally I got my money back, I advise you contact him for help
I order a wallet that arrived in plenty of time for Father's Day, but they had distorted my daughter's face. They emailed me that the photo had to be "enhanced", but apparently meant they widened my daughter's eyes, eyebrows, and nose. I requested a refund or a new wallet and received the following message via email from "Vivian":

When I was looking for gifts for my husband, I found out he needed a wallet. Then I saw this one. I am in love with the engraving on the wallet. The wallet is amazing and I would be glad to purchase this kind of gift again.
I bought from this business 2 times and each was amazing! I'll definitely buy from them again and they also make sure that the order looks correct before they actually make it! It also always looks better then expected!
I just don't have words, bad material, glue falling, the picture is bad and I waited so many weeks for this. I even gave them I tip. Too expensive for this, I feel so stupid, please don't buy it if you value your money.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could I ordered a photo wallet for Father's Day. The wallet finally came in July 2020. I open it up & am horrified about the product I received. It was nothing compared to what they advertised. The background of photo was on it and my kiddos weren't outlined correctly. I emailed them wanting my money back or to fix this mess only for them to reply it's nice enjoy. It's a scam don't use this company at all especially since they won't make it right.
I had ordered from them and one of my items wasn't up to par, and I reached out about that and they were nothing but helpful and amazing. Also wasn't a very long wait time between answering the emails like other companies. Definitely will order from here again

Came out great, give it a little extra time for delivery to be on time. I ordered weeks in advance so it made it on time for father's day, it didn't arrive in 7 days give it a 2 and a half weeks. I did add the extra delivery protection also. It came in a cute little cloth pouch too with some coupons.
I definitely recommend myphotowallet.com. If you're conflicted on wether or not to buy, do it! It's worth it and you won't regret it. I have purchased a keychain Spotify plate and have no regrets! Good condition, and beautiful! My purchase even came with a little bag which I don't know if every order gets but it is an amazing website overall.
I purchased this wallet as a Father's Day gift and received it recently, and it was not as advertised. My kids do not look like the picture I sent in. Awful are my only words. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase this wallet. It's a total joke.
Miss Vivian Elsie is a very professional lady. I had something in my order that required modification and she was very friendly, professional and customer-oriented. She has great work ethics. Miss Elsie is an asset to the company.
First the ordered came almost a whole month later, then when I received the package I could not at the picture on the dog tag unless I held it sideways and the one I selected I should've been able to see it just from looking at it. I also ordered the key chain and it looks like a cartoon character. I expressed my concerns and information on how to return it and they only want to give me 20% back because of how long it took. Not good customer service at all. It takes them 3 or more days to respond to your concerns. If they would've have at least tried to correct it I would've been happy with that however they have no accountability skills.
I purchased a photo wallet and a block head figure and am very happy with both as well as the customer service I received as my purchases involved correspondence since they were both personalized. The responses were quick & the shipment arrived sooner than I expected so I was very happy.

I wish I read reviews before I placed my order, #1 It ships from China which I couldn't see anywhere on the website where it says that before you order so shipping takes forever #2 Quality of the product in not consistent, I ordered 2 wallets one came out okay not like the picture and the second came out so bad its pretty much laughable! #3 The amount you're paying you're for the wallet, shipping, & if you choose the VIP which did absolutely nothing extra in my opinion, the quality was really cheap on both wallets. Save your money and order from a more reputable website! I posted this review on the website but they only post positive reviews!
Slow slow slow! Ordered a wallet on December 11th they emailed today said it would be another 3-5 days to make on top of the time that he already passes plus another 8-12 days to ship. This was a Christmas gift! I'll be surprised if I see it before February! Very fast to take money out of your account but slow to get you your product! Shop else where! You been warned..

We read reviews before purchasing, loved the examples, etc. we bought as a Father's Day gift. It took over a month to get here, but we were so excited to get it fir my husband. We opened it and didn't know whether to laugh hysterically, be outraged, or throw it away. The quality it crud, the photo made my husband and son look like night of the living dead zombies, it was hideous! We've tried contacting the contacting the company via email and phone and have received not one reply. We are filing with the BBB. Hopefully so other poor schmuck won't waste their money.
I ordered a wallet with a picture of my husband and daughter for Father's Day. Despite a glitch in the initial order, customer service worked with me to provide the exact product I wanted. My husband loved the wallet and wasted no time in switching out his old wallet for the Photo Wallet!
