I wrote a review recently outlining how disappointing I found the monthly subscription charge to be as I wasn't expecting it.
You kindly refunded a month's payment ( I had paid two months)
Upon looking into this further I found out there was a common theme and a lot of people were getting caught out and were receiving full refunds.
I feel that people are being caught out when they are quite vulnerable - deciding to leave a job and look for a new one or as in my case being made redundant and having to look for new employment. Therefore I now want a full refund please.

I found out that I was being made redundant in April so immediately went onto my perfect CV as they had been recommended to me.
I sorted out my CV and was happy to pay the £2.95. However what I didn't realise is that every month I would then be charged £16.95.
So I have been charged for May and June.
As soon as I realised I cancelled the subscription and contacted My perfect CV explaining the situation and asked whether I could have a refund as I honestly didn't realise I would be charged monthly.
Alongside me being made redundant my husband also had some health issues so my head has been all over the place.
Fair enough they were very prompt in replying but have only offered me a £7.25 refund.
I don't find this acceptable seeing as I literally used the site for around 30 minutes.
Very upset and disappointed to be honest
Unfortunately when I set up my account I obviously didn't read the t&c very well and didn't realise that after I paid for my initial 14 day trial my account would deducted a further £16.95. I was only using the site to get ideas fir CVs and never actually logged on or used the site after first day. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and cancelled my subscription but unfortunately no refund offered.

I spent a day on the platform without knowing that it was paid. Then when I reached the end it showed a basic plan trial of 1.95$ which I purchased to end and finish my cv, but as I downloaded it and tested it from third-party sources there were no major changes in the ATS score of the resume. I ended my subscription and mailed them regarding deleting my account and info and giving me a full refund to which I did not receive any response. In short, it is a simple fraud and you should all avoid it
