My sister had sent one dress for my daughter through Myntra, Yesterday I received the parcel through e-kart. When we opened the parcel there was 1 Pillow cover, 1 pc socks, 1 Blouse and 1 T-shirt. All items were old used and torn. I immediately called the delivery man who asked me to call myntra. I called myntra and asked them to pick-up this immediately but they did not do this. It feels like someone has sent some thing for black magic purpose.
I'm long time customer of Myntra. I trusted them completely. But recently I just woke up! I ordered a sofa set cover which had fitting issue so I asked for return. Some Myntra agent came and picked up the product but I didn't get any refund. I raised complaint many times but nothing happened. They just kept denying the product has picked up when I shared every single details with customer service person. Hello Myntra, stop cheating your customers,
Provide them good service or else very soon you will loose your business. You forgot trust matters more than money.
I have been very disappointed with the service of myntra lately. This has never happened before but now the delivery of the products is getting delayed by more than 2 weeks. I have been calling the customer care and all they can say is please wait till this and that date and yet no response and no update on the delivery. I am still waiting in the hope that the products will be delivered but they are just testing my patience. It has happened to me twice this time when my products have been delayed. Now i don't know how to trust you for ordering.
Damaged product delivered 21.11 until 29.11 promise after promise to collect from senior staff, nothing happened.
Staff drop the call, cannot resolve issues, they follow a script and no use of common sense. Awful company to order from, dishonest poorly managed and professionally inept.

Myntra's delivery agent called me once for 2 secs only. He literally gave me a missed call. 98 27 79 17 32 It was not a proper call. It's a disgusting pattern of communication and your delivery partner did this twice. I am not going to buy anything from your site after experiencing all this again and again! & I was waiting for this order since a week!
Amazing site for fashionable clothing, accessories, and so much to purchase from. Wide range of stylish outfit with excellent quality. They have more number of fashion brands with different and unique outfit design as compare to other sites.
If product has to be exchanged, its an impossible task to get it. When number of Delivery Agent sent by Mybtra for Delivery confirmation are contacted, they say product is at some other location so cannot be delivered on that day. This goes on with every delivery message received --- excuses for not delivering.
When contacted, Call Centre guys respond and they just log your complaint. You can log as many complaints, it does not matter
Mistakenly I have added wrong product in the cart and made payment. Then I had to cancel the order for particular product. Till now I don't get my refund. I have ordered on 8th October and cancelled it immediately. In my order section it's showing cancelled and money got credited in your same card which u have used to pay.
Still the money is not reflecting in my account. Even I have checked all credit statements.
I received a dress berry watch which had a very bad strap. N now when i want to return it back, myntra people are saying that i am returning a damaged product. Why in the first place should i keep a bad/defective product from myntra. This is very bad on myntra's part that first they give a bad product and now not taking it back saying it is a defective product. Very very upset with myntra's reaponse. Even the customer care representative doesn't know how to respond as if we are illiterate and dont know anything.
I am an avid online shopper for 10 years, and I would say Myntra is the worst online shopping site, please don't buy from it. I have purchased two jackets from Myntra (Roadster and Fort Collin), one of them delivered without a hoodie. And guess what, they didn't return it because it's without a hoodie, what a joke. They claim their product pass-through "7 step-quality check," and they didn't even check the product hoodie.
I have contacted their customer care and also mailed them, but their mail says, "Dear Customer, We are currently not accepting emails sent directly to support at myntra dot com."
The complaint raised by them is still pending. I don't f******g care about little money, but I want to warn you guys, that's it. Happy shopping!
I have purchased a product on 16th oct 2020. After delivery, As the quality is not good I returned the product. They came and picked up on 25th morning(confirmed authenticity by OTP). But the status then after showing as pickup failed. I recorded the phone call with the pickup guy and shared the details with customer care also but they are not responding at all and telling me to wait for 20 days just to update. Had a similar issue with flipkart delivery also to my brother, where is purchased a product and showing as delivered even though it is not.And no response for that also.
Don't purchase anything from myntra they are stolen the money and sending faulty items and rejecting to accpt the shoe and ear buds I would suggest you to please don't purchase from Myntra.
Also they will delete my review from here and and they have deleted my numerous reviews from myntra app too.
They are liers first they say we don't have managers and then they transfer the chat or call to another agents and they talk as a manager.
I've been buying from Jabong for few years now and have had great experience with the products, their competitive prices and hassle free return and refund service. There have been couple of incidents where the ordered item was not available or it took a very long time to come. But overall highly satisfied

I ordered 4 items from jabong and returned 3 items out of four but did not get refund for 2 items.
I mailed them many times and their reply was kindly show us return slip which I was never given.
I tried customer care but no one picks up the phone as they are busy making fool other customers also.

I ordered one pair of sandal little costly from Jabong.com and in image it displayed very good stuff so i took but in actual when i got the quality was so worse. Why Jabong. Com authorized these cheap vendors to list their products. Disappointing
Think before buying... care less people send wrong sized and refuse for free returns... I have to ship back it... and they gave me only half of shipping what I have paid... as a jabong credits...! Losers... even better to buy from ebay than jabong..
Extremely disappointed and will ensure never to use this service and would ensure to recommend everyone not to. First the pictures in the website is deceiving so in real it definitely does not look like in real life. Second I bought the watch for about ******* and now when I check the price says Rs 8000. This is ridiculous. First you promote the product mentioning it is on sale and then after I buy you, you lower the price and sell it for cheap overcharging me. I am seriously looking for an explanation because as a company selling products online, I will look forward for how you would please your customer and I'm definitely not pleased. Myntra is looting people in the name of online shopping. I ordered a dress, and it was over-sized and defective and also came with no original price tags attached.
I kept on complaining for return or even exchange of the product, and they kept on saying give us 12 hrs and 48 hrs repetitively. It caused me harassment for one whole month and then they simply declined my requests, and said that they can't return or exchange the product as there are no price tags.
What sort of business is this? There are no quality checks of the product. How can they send a defective, oversized product without tags and they refuse to take the product back due to the same cause?
They robbed me of money for a huge, deformed piece of cloth in the name of a dress. Myntra should be sued.
