No doubt services are so good like shipping and all but still not happy by myntra hence deleted the app also.
Myntra is my all time favourite for the shopping.
Quality is up to the mark everytime.
Like other shopping sites degrade their quality over the period of time, Myntra doesn't.

I had ordered Woodland sandal 13 days ago, they said will receive my delivery within 7 days but I haven't got any update on it. When I called to know about the delivery they said will receive the product in the next 72 hours. It's been 4 days now again no update, I called them again. Now they say they LOST the product somewhere and can't be delivered and will refund my money within 10 days.
This is completely bul$#*! and guys do not even try to place any order from myntra again...
I had a very bad & pathetic experience with Myntra.com where I placed an order on 28/12/2017 and estimated delivery date was 02/01/2018 and I got SMS stating that your order has been delivered to your address but i havent received a product yet and later on i got another SMS of delivery cancelled, this is the second time it has happened with me while shopping with myntra. Again I tried to contact delivery team but they don't even bother to recieve my call... I am very disappoint with Myntra service which i was not expecting from them.
I ordered a product (night suit) when the package was opened there was just the T-Shirt, the lower was missing. Then & there I raised the issue to the customer support by posting the picture. The customer support kept me waiting for the response for 2 months. After my repeated efforts to reach them via customer support & call back requests they finally gave me the result " your claim denied ". When called back and the matter was explained from my end they asked me to provide the video of me opening the product(for the product received 2 months back) to reopen the investigation. After being a consistent user of the app for years It was highly disappointing to see them
Forcing me to accept the incomplete order after dragging my issue for 2 months. They didn't show faith in a customer even after providing picture proofs and track record of the customer.
Have deleted the app straight away after such rude attitude of their representatives
I ordered a HRX jacket and when I received the jacket I did checked it for any wear and tear and found none of it. So I removed the tags and used the jacket. On the second day I found that the elastic threads at the lower end of the jacket were not stitched from inside and also the zip was not working properly. Now when I requested for a return then they started asking for the price tags and the stickers attached with the jacket. They have a 30 day return policy just to make fool of their customers. They deliver you defective products and old unsold products which at the first place appears to be good but after two three uses you will find the product to be worthless and then they will not take back the product even if you do not have any of the stickers or tags that were there at the time of delivery.
The customer service is pathetic. I had an issue with my order delivery and they kept on postponing. They asked me to wait for 3days for them to respond. After 3 days, now they want me to wait for 48 hrs. Neither did I receive my order nor could I ask for cancellation since they say that the order was 'out for delivery' without a delivery agent. This is very frustrating. Never had to face such a bad experience from Amazon.
Its been one month I have'nt recieved the product and I raised an issue regarding it, without providing me a solution they closed my concern saying its resolved. Such worst customer service and customer service employees

I am a regular customer of Mynta. I have recently ordered 1 wrogn jacket and a shoe which were delivered on time. The products are original and also the price is lesser than other sites. 1 month earlier I ordered a short of Jack & Jones which were not of proper size. I requested to return the product which was soon done by them and the amount was transferred in my account within one day.
I got an incomplete product for my prepaid order. Instead of pack of 2 I received only one. After several complaints, customer care supported their staff and told me that they don't approve my claim. At the time of COVID, they are looting their regular customers and making money. Plz plz I request u not to buy anything from this app. Don't waste time on customer care, they all are involved and nothing will be resolved. I lost my money and the product.
The delivery boy in Mumbai borivali area was very rude he wasted my entire day in morning he called me and assured that your order will get delivered till evening 6pm. By 5.40 when I called him he was not picking my phone so when i called local service centre to know status of my order then finally delivery guy called me said sorry sir I can't deliver your order now cause my shift is over now.

I lost my 1699 worth dress. I paid through on line banking while purchasing dress money taken by myntra and dress taken by courier team. Myntra simply said they are not responsible for the missing dress and not returned my money
As soon as you go online on app or website of myntra, it shows great discounts on products but as soon as you place the order, discounts goes in vain. So its like buying a stock on myntra, where the discount crashes as soon as you order the product. Please double check the prices after placing the order.
