Stop selling duplicate product. Myntra does not pick up its own delivered damaged products. Very bad experiance, do not buy any product on myntra. Customer care not resolve querry.

Pathetic experience again, i have casted order of Rs. *******/- and *******/- on myntra portal
Alongwith all order, some orders show as delivered on 18th oct and oct 22nd at my office address, i opened all the packets yesterday as i was travelling and 8 items were missing from both deliveries which i recognised yesterday. I called myntra support team to compliant and they were not of any help and mentioned they cant do anything of it now and i would have to give up on these product because 48 hrs have passed after their delivery the delivery time was updated by Myntra itself in the portal. The missing product are of about 8000/- rs.

I would like to give 0 stars but that's not an option. Its the worst $#*!ing ecommerce site. Where they have no communication between their so called style delivery agent n the myntra. The agent says we cant deliver as no approval for tag received from myntra n myntra says we have no idea as tag approval is done already. Its been ages since they r providing my exchange of a night suit for kid. Don' waste even a single penny on this. Not worth as none of them wish to take the responsibility.
Their saga of 24hrs to 72 hrs just never ends. N to provide a solution they wait till the end of 72 hr post which they have a brilliant idea kindly wait for 24hrs for the update. N this saga is just endless 24 -72- a month n still u dont receive ur bloody product.
Dont ever trust this site. They r just money n blood suclers. U might go mad till u receive ur product.
Worse is the attitudes of the delivery agents who have the audacity to tell humara aur myntra ka koi lena dena nahi. We r logistics. N the ever ignorant customer care fools who just keep repeating the same lines. Never give solution or never helpful. Just adding to ur frustration.
So overall MYNTRA is ur site if wish to order for a product n in return want A WORTHLESS PEICE OF $#*! I have placed an order quite a few times on myntra, from the beginning only I felt the quality of ethnic product is faded and poor but I did not complain until I started experiencing the price difference while placing an order and at the payment screen it's more than actual, I did not bother for the first time as it was minor difference of around 200rs but then it happened again with my next order that's when I called to complain about my over all experiences. I strongly felt that they are used to such complaints like material quality, price differences, even discount offers doesn't apply fully and when we call them they say it's all machine generated but actually I'm 100% sure it's all manual. They asked me if I have a screen shot for the price difference of my order, now how do I know this kind of cheap & fraud activities exist on MYNTRA. I have a myntra credit of around 3000rs and placed an order of two Mojaries, after I placed an order the prices again vary from actual so I immediately cancelled the order and took screenshots. Later I placed an order again as I have to use my myntra credit, I placed an order of Mojari & one long kurti for my cousin in Mumbai. Usually they take around 3 days to ship and it comes before the given time but since I have used my credit on this order, it's been almost a week now it hasn't been shipped and purposely I placed one more order after few days to see how long that order is taking and I was right, the order that placed after it got delivered in just two days. I really have some good proofs and screenshots to make a police complaint. I will put this on social media everywhere as well

Product has been picked up from my place and their website says Return Declined.
I have given 3-4 complaints already since 7th July 2018 and each time they say someone from their senior team will contact me within 24 hours.
I am shocked and surprised that inspite of repeated complaints NOBODY has yet called me.
They have taken my product and have not given my refund and have lost the product in their return transit.
VERY BAD SERVICE.
Please advice on how do I take action on consumer forum with regards to this refund and bad service.

Myntra.com cheating and refunding my money
This complaint against Myntra.com, first he delivered wrong product then i returned the product that time i order for Men Black & Navy Blue Regular Fit Checked Reversible Casual Shirt Size: 40, and company send small size t-shirt, after that i return and order same shirt and one more shirt Men Green & Khaki Slim Fit Brushed Checks Casual Shirt size: 40 and then Mynra.com send me one single packet of 01 pic trouser, After that i again request to refund my money in my bank account, They asking for two product now how can i return 02 pics when i got only 01 pic, This is clearly cheating with costumer, Two times mistakes from Myntra.com side and after that he also not refunding my money,

I have placed order for two products (Dress Material and Saree) with Jabong on 29th July, while placing order website was showing deliver date is 6th august, on 5th Aug., Jabong send an email stating that delivery of products is delayed and same will be done on or before 7th August.
Dress Material is delivered but till 15th of August Saree is not delivered meanwhile Jabong is not even bothered to inform that there is further delay in making delivery of product. Meanwhile I have a make complaint to customer care on 9th August but no satisfactory solution for the same. I have called them 5 -6 times but customer care is so rude stating that "Jabong is not committed to give product delivery on right time, Jabong is not committed to give any right product delivery which you have chosen while making a payment"
Every time customer care supervisor offer apologizes and ask for 24hrs to 48hrs to provide solutions but condition is same. On 14th August, Jabong delivered "Mochi Gents slippers" instead of saree instead of Saree, and on this jabong customer care coolly responds with dirty smile that its human error and once again remind me that Jabong is not committed and responsible for giving any right product delivery which you have chosen while making a payment.
Once again I have filed second complaint with them for same but once again same promise that Jabong will call back in 24 hrs to 48 hrs and solution for the same will be in next 5 days.
In 5 -6 conversation with Jabong representatives I have understood that:
Jabong systems does not allow its employees to send any email response to customer even customer insist for the same but they don't mind to flooding your email box with promotional emails.
Jabong does not allow its employees to call their customers for solutions except their team who is handling complaints, but its my experience that as per Jabong employees they should call you with in 48 hrs once you filed complaint but they call at least after 3 -4 days in my case they call me on 13th August and complaint is filed on 9th august.
Customer care representatives also even not ready to transfer calls to their supervisors easily its always happens that customer has to give a proper reason to them to transfer the call to higher authorities.
Overall its worst service in the world with unprofessional customer care representatives.
