I received a dress berry watch which had a very bad strap. N now when i want to return it back, myntra people are saying that i am returning a damaged product. Why in the first place should i keep a bad/defective product from myntra. This is very bad on myntra's part that first they give a bad product and now not taking it back saying it is a defective product. Very very upset with myntra's reaponse. Even the customer care representative doesn't know how to respond as if we are illiterate and dont know anything.
