Excellent service, easy to navigate the site, easy to order dna kit
It's easy and affordable to get your DNA profile, however, it's rather frustrating to decode all the information that is received. I find the family tree hard to navigate on the screen. Aside from the initial cost, it'll cost extra if you want to gather more information. Very limited actual family history with only the initial payment.
Bought as a gift so not used it yet!

MyHeritage provides me with much accurate ancestry information in a useful format.
I have mainly distant DNA contacts. 3rd/4th/5th cousins. I am amazed so many people and have no clue how we might be related. I have found a few genuine connections which are really interesting. I have a connection to an important person in Irish history which the family never knew. Hope to learn lots more.
Sent my sample in May of this year and still no results? I have recently logged in to my account and it says no results. Not what I thought would happen. No communication even updating me on when I'll receive it. We'll be in September soon too and at this rate I won't be anticipating it. I should have been contacted since it's been months.
Other than (are you a robot and need to reboot and clean the computer to countine.all is good. The help desk was great also I get (your time is up log out)
Tools easy to understand and use. E.g. Family Tree many options, dna common matches, Auto Clusters, Theory is okay, but when you see a problem...not the same tree as another user but they are using my family line, it is hard to get a response from them to make the connection. When there is an error in my Family Tree line it does not allow you to delete the person that does not belong. So on and on the problem goes not corrected. Not good. You should always be allowed to correct mistakes in you Family Tree.
It isn't the best site for multiple trees, if you built a central tree and then would like to build sub trees, it is near impossible to fetch the information from the main tree to build up your sub tree and so it means you have to redo the work. I hate doing this but with Ancestry this is possible and in many ways their tree building software is much more comfortable. The support at Ancestry is however great and the databases they have as well.
The main gripe is that they refuse to have a suggestion box or a feature request that would at least show their paying customers that they are willing to change something.

Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to support@myheritage.com and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
