The premium-account was automatically continued for another year, which was problematic for me. I asked for a refund and an end to the subscription. Although I was late (forgot to end the subscription) they gave me the whole money back. I am very happy about this kind behavior.
I failed to check weather I had cancelled the renewal, consequently it came out of my account at a bad time finactialy due to short time working, caused by coronavirus, after waiting for 20mins to talk to a operator the issue was resolved quickly, professionally, with a great deal of understanding, a great wait off my mind, thank you my heritage especially the phone operator who dealt with my problem, the man deserves a medal and a pay rise, keep this chap at all cost, thank you once again
Seems like something very interesting to go on this journey, but not something I'm ready to do in it's entirety right now. Signed up for a trial subscription, but forgot to cancel right at the end of the trial period. They were kind enough though to refund me without any hassles. Very good customer service. My DNA kit was bought for me as a Christmas gift. The product is excellent value with a high customer rating. This rating has been fully justified by my experience with them. After taking the simple DNA test and returning to My Heritage I waited the expected time to hear back. Due to Covid19 breakout I allowed extra time. However My Heritage did not receive the kit. My email to them was dealt with very efficiently and a new kit was offered at no charge. I look forward to receiving and resubmitting my test. Many thanks to the My heritage team.
I had a problem with my ISP. It effected only myheritage. No other problems on pc. Hard to believe the issue was not with myheritage. For months I battled with century link and myheritage. I figured they were just using the old tech problem solver of passing the problem on to a different link in the chain.
Myheritage finally gathered enough data to corner century link and I am pretty sure told them what the problem was, where it was at and how to fix it. Amazingly after being led all the way by the nose they finally fixed the problem.
Meanwhile myheritage gave me extended time on my contract to make up for the lost work.
This issue put me completely out of business for several months and I could NOT change service providers as century link is the only provider available other than the totally worthless dish or direct tv. I've done that and have been there many times. Eden was my super tech that finally solved the problem.
Needed to get a payment reversed
Needed to get a payment reversed. (Paid for something I didn't need). My call was answered very quickly by IVAN who knew exactly what I was trying to say (I didn't know how to explain it) and made the reversal right there and then, while we chatted about his country (that I had visited as a child). Altogether a lovely outcome.
Realy, realy amazing company. Thanks to Myheritage I found so much about myself -from were I'm realy from, what are my roots, find so many relationships all over the world which I didn't know that existed. Thank you Myheritage about letting me know who I realy am! :)

Het probleem ligt helaas dieper, bij google chrome kreeg ik ook de melding dat de systemen denken dat ik een robot ben. Als ik een dag geen gegevens aanvul kan ik lang doorgaan met gegevens aanvullen daarna komt de melding over robot steeds sneller

MyHeritage is one of few players of the Geneology and DNA services, and they are really great.
However, when it comes to support, which is mandatory (unless you are an expert. I know I am not, hence, needed lots of explanations on the connections and tools), they are the best. I had the pleasure of more than 30 minutes call with a rep. From MyHeritage, where he explained to me and took me step by step on so many questions regarding the tools and how to properly use them and understand their results.
This is much more than ROI and I am happy I chose MyHeritage.
