Anders diese sind auch im Arolsen Archiv zu finden.
Dann gibts noch Punkte was ich selber noch erarbeiten muss,das ich gewisse
Matches noch nicht bestättigen kann.

Professional genealogists, and/or serious amateur genealogists, are a demographic group that needs to be considered differently in your protocols for fraud protection of sites, collaboration and DNA uploading. Many of us manage well over 20 accounts. Your two step verification is a very real problem for international collaboration. Your collaboration limits one to collaborate with only 20 persons. Your uploading of DNA restrictions to when a kit was purchased is ridiculous because people die and cannot redo a test, and older persons will never give money a second time. PLEASE PLEASE make things easier for those of us who are seriously behind DNA and genealogy and are your best salespersons!

Finds relations but does not keep tree aligned so double ups of people occur and one line has to be deleted. The problem is exasperated by duplicate names throughout family lines and if not direct family it is hard to untangle the families. More experience may eventually help.
I love using MyHeritage and learning about my family history which I was always completely in the dark about. This service has opened up a new world to me. I have also called in to use their live customer service. The help I received was amazing! The rep was very knowledgeable and patient. He spent all the time I needed to help me better understand the MyHeritage system. He was a great listener and was able to answer all my questions. It is great knowing the agents are always there in case we need them. They really know the service inside and out.
I had couple small issues with 2 accounts, customer service was so helpful getting them combined for me.
I tried Heritage and then canceled. A year later, I tried again and also had my DNA done. It has been very helpful finding information on my family! The newspaper options are great. I realize that I had not given them a chance on my first attempt.
I have been locked out of this site 6/7 times in the last 3 month from 1 to 4 days. It states a security issue and always seems to happen when I give bad feedback on the App or to a phone caller, trying to sell me more packages. The discoveries are also questionable, I am in no way related to Charles 2nd or Rob Roy, but they say they are distant relations
I first joined MyHeritage some years ago and when I retired and had to time to devote to research I signed up as a fully subscribed member. I have never regretted it for a minute. It is easy to use and their resources are growing more as time goes on with the recent addition of newspaper articles which have proved to be so helpful and quite fascinating.
MyHeritage provides me with much accurate ancestry information in a useful format.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to support@myheritage.com and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
