I began using the "add to tree with just a couple of clicks" functionality without really taking the time to learn a little about what that does. Sofia has gone above and beyond to advise of options and detail actions so that once I get things straightened out, I can make gift trees for my family members. He told me to send an email to support@myheritage.com and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
