Booked a International flight (United) with a 10 day turn around time and then paid for it $1223. 62. GREAT PRICE! Problem it was 3 days short of the turn around time and you don't find out until you received your flight itinerary. I called customer service immediately and talked to "Cody" who had a heavy? Accent. He said no problem I will help you. After being on hold twice for 20 minutes he said my original itinerary wasn't available and if I could extend my trip to 13 days. I said its possible but I would need to see a flight schedule. He put me on hold again for about 5 minutes and then gave a flight schedule that made absolutely no sense. I said it would be better just to cancel and I will re-book. He agree and said that my credit card will not be charged $1223. 62 and I thank him. One day latter my card was charged $1523. 62. I booked my wife and I tickets back home, incorrectly spelt her name, my flight search team said no problem we can fix it free... After 20 min on hold they picked up to inform me of an additional 120$ fee... So I said fine, cancel the flight then as they have a cancellation without fee for the 24 hrs. They then proceeded to give me an in store credit as a 'refund'. Very poor English, customer and comprehensive skills on their phone team. Will never book through these guys ever again. STAY AWAY.
Do not use these people. I booked a fight round trip, now when I look at the information they sent me the return flight lists June 26, supposed to be June 22. My sister had a screen shot of exactly that. When I called an pointed out the mistake they told me it would be 100. Each (3) of us to change it... I went and paid that, then looked at the reviews here. If you read them you will find they apparently screw up the dates regularly, in my case I am guessing a program that goes a week. Anyway I called back to cancel and they keep telling me to cb in 3 hours their system is slow. I called my mastercard company to dispute the charges, the 300.00 from this morning is still pending... it's crazy. The email they sent me does not even have the airline listed. I am tearing my hair out
I've been hung up on twice today and both times they assured me that they had my call back number in case we got disconnected... very unprofessional... go directly with the airline and save yourself the hassle
Www.porterairlines.com thought I was booking through porter airlines on May 22 2019. Ended up booking for 347.00 found out it was us dollars. Ok. Fine. My flight was from Toronto island airport to Fredericton nb. On May 5th 2019. On May 30th I get a call from these crooks stating that my card was declined. Not true. Asked for supervisor. They transferred me. This idiot woman said my flight was cancelled due to price changes because I booked too late. I asked for higher supervisor. They transferred me. The next representative said my flight was cancelled because I called and cancelled it. These were 3 lies. They said I can get another flight for 640 USD I said no. I'll stay cancelled. I booked with air Canada for 251 for the same date. When I checked my cc statement online on June 3 2019 I saw that on May 31st 2019 after my conversation with this company they took 1384. 22 off of my credit card. My email is *******@live.com and anyone who wants to work with me we can work to shut them down. I contacted airlines making them aware. I'm trying to contact Google and any other way possible to have this company kicked
I picked my dated pressed continue my return date was switched when I called and spoke with two different people I was told I can't cancel I won't get a refund and if I changed the date I would be charged. I asked for a manager i was told they don't have one. I let them know I will call my credit card company and black this charge. I was told because it was a deal my dates were changed to apply to the deal. I didn't give permission for that change. Go directly to frontier airlines DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Changes to my reservation and Spirit Airlines confirmed there were never any updates to my flight. Now you took my money for these changes and after I kept getting hung up on the phone I still can't believe the unprofessionalism here because i want my money back by a mistake by me and by your agent. How can a company operate this way when your agent never even gave me any information on any changes, but yet you won't help me get my money back and most of the error is on your part? Nobody in this company will reach out to Spirit Airlines to fix this complete mess, why? Cause they took my hard earned money and they don't care.
My mom purchased a ticket with this company & somehow it shortened her trip, so she's been trying to contact this company through email & phone calls & every email says to call the number. You call the number & it claims you're being transferred to an agent but it sends you to voicemail instead, every single time. No one calls back. No one emails back. It's an automated email that just tells you to call their number. She's there calling American Airlines & they can't help because she purchased the ticket from this awful company. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Booked a flight with this third party on May 10th. I required a flight change 1 month prior to my RSVP date, so I called MyFlightSearch directly. I was greeted by a rude and exhausted sounding representative, who happily said there were no changes, period. Thanks for calling! I asked if I could speak to a representative that may be able to advance my concern and was told "I am senior leadership, there isn't a level past me" (or something to that effect). I contacted West Jet directly to see what could be done about my flight, they were gracious and helped rectify the issue. West Jet reiterated, that MyFlightSearch was a third party and they have no control over MyFlightSearch representatives.
This service overcharged me by $100! And were absolutely useless when I required assistance. I called back to the service after I spoke with West Jet to discuss my concern and was I received by a VOICEMAIL!
This company isn't a service, it is a FRAUD. Save yourself the hassle and upset, book with the airlines directly.
Booked 3 flights Dec. 27th. And March they changed our flight which was not suitable we had all arrangements made and could not cancel. I canceled our 3 Flights and rebooked with another Airline. Was told I would get my money refunded but in some cases could take 2 Billing dates. It is now May 29th. And I am getting a real run around with them. They took the money off my Visa and had it 5 mins. Later for the Booking now they are telling me something different every time, I will hear from them in 4-5 days 2-3 days within twelve hours. I hear nothing from them. I want my money refunded. Customer service STINKS! Do not Book with them! Talking about a Cheque for the last 4 weeks. Still nothing and no callback. Rita Gillard
Cancelled our flights without a verbal conversation or any previous communication. Tell us that there was a price change? And we didn't respond to their email (which we never received) telling us we had to pay more so they cancelled our flights! Basically they are not being honest because they are telling us they sent info which they didn't. In the end. No flights anymore. Not reliable or trustworthy. Considering I've booked many different flights. Hotels. Car rentals etc through many other search engines and never had a problem. I will avoid this company like the plague in the future!
Worst customer service. Called like 5 times and they kept hanging up on me. Finally got to some who "tried" to help put me on hold for an hour and 3 minutes. And hung up on me DONT GO THRU HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Booked a flight. Got a CONFIRMATION email from them. Day before my flight the airline said they have no booking. Called my flight search immediately and they said they didn't end up booking it (even tho I got the email) because the price changed after payment. They were rude. And would not help. DO NOT USE THEM!
If you just recently booked your flight with them and then decided to read the reviews after the fact, then we're in the same boat. I just called them and told them I need to cancel my reservation after reading these horror stories. The rep tried to lecture me about how their flights were the cheapest flights, and even tried to transfer me to someone else to book a new one. I politely declined everything but the refund. She said I would receive a cancellation email in 5-10 minutes and that my card had not yet been charged. If they try any nonsense, I will report them as fraudulent to my bank IMMEDIATELY.
I booked a flight May 10th from Boise Idaho to RDU. They notified me 14 days later that my Rate had changed and it was canceled and said they could book it for the new rate of $100 more than I had originally booked for. I said what if the rate changes again? Will yuou cancel it and make me pay more. I said I wanted to speak with a supervisor and three different people said 3 different things in a matter of 15 minutes. First it was 15-20 minute wait, Second was 45 minute and third was call tomorrow and they would be available no matter what time I call. Stay away from here they are full of B. S.
I bought a ticket with the correct dates for my vacation and then they sent me a verification which had me departing and arriving back home on the same day. Customer service said they couldn't cancel but could get me the correct ticket for nearly three times more. Until I said I had video proof of what my dates were since I recorded the transaction it was then they were more than willing to cancel.

Flight was $392.51 return from Windsor On to Toronto.
Claimed to be the cheapest. This was in USA dollars which was not clear to see on web site.
Appeared to be in business class. E ticket was USA funds and had business printed on it.
Was informed at airport check in ticket was a basic ticket. Had to pay another $44.64 for my carry on times 2 both to Toronto and return to Windsor.
So total ticket cost plus baggage was $629.28 Canadian
This flight Windsor to Toronto flight is 1 hr.
I flew Air Canada Toronto to Victoria BC 5hr flight return for $765.00 including carry on.
Stay away from this site. Should be shut down.

I accidentally called them after I received an Email from Expedia saying to confirm my seat with united. When I asked if they were united they said they were and proceeded to charge me an extra $40 to confirm my seat. Partially my bad however they never should have claimed to be united. STAY AWAY!
They stole 2grand from me after saying "we care about our business and customer" charged me for a flight that I had refunded and now whenever I call they talk over me and pretty much call me an idiot
Booked a round trip flight to Ft. Myers and back. Recd the "itinerary" via email and never really looked at it until it was getting close to leaving. Went to check in for outbound flight from MKE and guess what? The flight had been cancelled! Never received any update, nothing. Entered confirm # and it was only for the return flight from FT Myers ON THE WRONG DAY! Tried calling, and after long hold time got a message that said leave a message and we will call you back. RIGHT. No call back. No outbound flight, wrong return flight. We had to rebook at an astronomical cost both directions. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BOOK THROUGH THIS BOGUS FLY BY NIGHT GARBAGE COMPANY! These people are vacation wreckers and only in the business for their own airline commissions.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
