This company don't do anything except report I did hire them and the result zero except investigation report. Before signing the contract I never was told that they will provide me only report and rest of it is on my own. Once I received the report I was told to go to local

Our Customer Satisfaction Department messaged Roza via Sitejabber on May 24 that we are willing to review her case to ensure that everything possible was done on her behalf and determine how often her agent was in contact with her, but unfortunately she never replied with her full name or client number. As a result we were unable to follow through or ask the appropriate agent to speak with Roza and intervene with her police department. We do remind Roza that the crypto recovery process is described in detail on our website, including at https://mychargeback.com/crypto-investigation-report/, where we state: "After we have completed the investigation and collected the results, we create a crypto recovery report with our conclusions as well as a guide for clients on presenting the recovery report to law enforcement and crypto exchanges."

MYCHARGEBACK IS A SCAM!
We were distressed to read this review. A review of AJB's case indicates that there has been a lack of communication between him and us regarding the forensic cryptocurrency investigation he ordered, and we are not to blame for it.
First, AJB did not pay us to recover his losses. He paid us for a forensic cryptocurrency investigation, which is only the first of three steps in recovering stolen cryptocurrency. The second step is for the client to submit the results of our investigation in filing a criminal complaint to the police, which could then issue a subpoena to the crypto exchange to obtain the name of the individual whose wallet received the stolen crypto. The final third stage is the recovery itself, which would result either from direct negotiation with the suspect or a court order.
MyChargeBack traced the path that AJB's cryptocurrency took through the blockchain and documented it in a CryptoTrace report, which he was sent on March 16,2022, together with a full explanation that the next step was for him to file a criminal complaint with his local police regarding his stolen crypto and submit our CryptoTrace report as evidence. Over the next few weeks, we sent him two more follow-up emails to remind him to do so. He replied on June 30 asking if we have any "update" on his claim, which clearly demonstrated that he either did not read or did not understand the instructions that we had sent him. So we inquired with him again. He confirmed for us on July 4 that he "didn't see that email re: police report., so we again explained to him what he had to do next. Instead, he asked in response on July 7: "Has that report been emailed to me yet?" We responded yet again the same day and attached a duplicate copy of his CryptoTrace report. But we never heard back from him for eight months. That being the case, we sent him yet again a series of emails reminding him that he had to submit our report to the police. "We depend on constant feedback from our clients due to the large number of clients we help," we wrote him on March 9 of this year. "Please remind us if you reported the matter to the police and received a crime reference number." But we never heard from him again until he posted this review. Our Director of Cryptocurrency Investigations then wrote him, inter alia, the following: "I also note that we received NO information about the police report that you should have made immediately following the report so we can contact the assigned detective on the case. If you still wish to supply us with that information we would be happy to follow up." But AJB still has not provided us with the name of any police contact we can speak with on his behalf.
And, needless to say, we are not a scam or a "criminal enterprise." Nor do we "pay for fake reviews."
Here's the bottom line: Contacting MyChargeBack turned out to be the best thing I ever did. The absolute BEST service I've ever experienced. I was down and out after realizing I had been scammed, and it only got worse after my bank told me there was nothing that could be done. DON'T BELIEVE YOUR BANK! THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING! You need a company like MyChargeBack to navigate the system because the bank will not help you otherwise.
Russet, it's very very smart of you that you didn't give up after the bank turned you away. As you know, most people don't know how to deal with the banks (who are supposed to be serving their clients), and end up losing their money permanently.
Persuasive arguments where to look for, whit which found MyChargeback was looking for, to be able to make up promise rapport for Police to sign. What can take 6 till 8 weeks max. Til 16-12-2021.
