Therefore, you will have to provide us with your full name and the date on which your contract was signed so we can retrieve your file.
The person I was talking with was very informative and was very proffessional even though we did not do business at this time the possibility is that we probably will in the future because of the honesty and the empathy I recieved.

To be honest, they take information from me and they rearrange it in legal way, then they ask me to do it by your self. I get no Advantech of their consultation, i just lost more money.
Samir: Our Customer Satisfaction Department has reviewed your case and found that we provided all the services you contracted from us, namely a Bank Wire Intelligence Report and seven (7) legal demand letters from an attorney. To remind you, the contract did not include anything beyond that, but we did provide written instructions to guide you in reporting your case to your local police. Since we do not have power of attorney over your person, we would have had no standing to lodge a criminal complaint with the police regarding your bank wire. If your police have not assisted you to your satisfaction, suggest filing a complaint with them. We understand and share your disappointment with their conduct but we are not responsible for their inaction.

This review is a fabrication. A search of our computer files shows that no one named "Molly I" has ever contacted MyChargeBack, let alone sign up for our services.
I can only say that these guys are great they helped me get my money back as advertised and were with me every step of the way.
Definitely recommend using them if you have had issues with scammers.

I thought this Benjamin is a serious person... he was late calling me today 1t 11:45; 11:50 I received an email from him sayng runs a little alte and wilolo call me in 20 minutes. It was 12:12pm and this person has not called.
I do not want to do anything with people who do not keep a serious perspective on the business they want to do
Christian: Benjamin is a serious person, which is why he was courteous enough to send you an email to inform you that he was running late and would call you "in about 20 minutes." He added the word "about" to indicate it was an approximation. And why was he running late? Because he was speaking with another consumer at the time whose many questions he was serious enough and courteous enough to answer in depth. Sometimes conversations do run later than anticipated, We're sure you have made appointments to see a doctor only to arrive and find out (without the courtesy of the notification that Benjamin provided) that he or she is delayed by "about 20 minutes" as well. Would you also give them a 1-star review without waiting to speak with them? As Benjamin mentioned in his email to you he would be happy to re-schedule your call.
This service was very helpful, in not only helping me solve my problems and the issues I had from a Scam that I was involved in, but the representative went out of his way by giving me pointers on how to avoid future scams, as well as Alternative Remedies, according to how I wished to proceed.
