I just received my canvas. Looks really great, so much better than expected because I uploaded photo in quite poor quality. Thanks a lot!
Ordered a 20 x16 inch canvas print which arrived 2-3 days after ordering. High quality result, significantly better than most other online photo print services.
I ordered 3 canvas, s. 2 arrived today im not happy at all because half the faces are missing. Its been a waste of money. I will never order off mypicture again

My original order of a framed family photo was placed at the end of May and I was debited £44.90 on 1st June 2020. The Hermes tracking page (when I managed to decipher it, as it was in German) stated that the item had supposedly been delivered to me on 4th June... OH NO IT HADN'T!
Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, both by phone and email, I have been fobbed off and am still waiting! Having read the recent reviews, it seems there is something afoot with this company and I find it hard to believe that any of the positive reviews are actually from real customers.
Only gave 1 star because no stars not available.
WORST company I have ever used - doesn't tell you it is not assembled. It is the most badly made frame I have ever seen - does not even fit together and the printed picture is of terrible quality. It si suitbale only as landfill
Asked for a refund and got told - no we're a German company and we don't have to refund.

Very satisfied. The canvas is in high quality and it already adds warmness in home interior. Just be sure that picture resolution is quite big to avoid any issues
Ordered a canvas it was absolutely terrible it wasn't even squared up properly always read reviews first im so gutted I didn't quality is so poor please keep away

Agree with the 1 - 2 day production time, they even write it down on website in "Deliverytime". But this is not the bait. For the paid money, canvas looks ideal! I love it! Recommend
I have used this website on several occasions and I find it extremely easy to use. The items are quickly delivered in good order and so far I have not had one complaint.
DO NOT USE THIS COPANY. I ordered a photo canvas over a week ago. I have since been told by my photo that it had been delivered to the incorrect address not even in England. They are unwilling to respond to my e mails and so far seem unwilling to replace or refund my money.
I have ordered off this company several times. The service is extremely efficient and fast. I am ordering very large canvases and the print quality is superb!

I ordered a photo book 12days later I checked the order number to see where the package was at is supposedly was suppose to take 3-5 days. The order number when I checked apparently did not exist. I emailed the complaint and received back that there was no record of my order.
I then stupidly ordered the gift again as it was full of important memories, to then receive a new email showing the old order and now the new order being processed.
I have spent another £23 on the same thing to have the same problem I have asked for a refund and cancellation as I obviously don't want two but the responses back are non existent, slow and unhelpful this website will scam you out of money for a product that won't arrive

Received the canvas today, Happy because I got it just before Valentine Day. It's a perfect gift for my love. The picture looks beautiful. I ordered it on last week Wednesday and received on Monday
I did not receive my canvas... that was very unconventional because it was for BD... I asked the site but without any reply... absolutely not correct attitude...

All the positive reviews are posted by the company themselves, they are a scam company who offer very poor products. There are black lines running through my photo and it has not been stretched, the company pretends to be UK based but they are based in Germany and they take weeks to send your photo through.

Ordered over a week ago, still havent heard anything, I have emailed them, they did not reply and I have called the number on my email receipt, it's not a real number, don't use.
First time I have used this site, it was simple to use the site a very happy with my picture canvasses! Great service! Thankyou, will definitely use my picture again!
Very satisfied with the service I received good quality goods I bought a canvas picture and a phone case from a photograph of my dog Bob and I'm very pleased with both I have recommended it to my friends and I will definitely be using them again.
