Absolutely disgusted with this firm firstly you would think that the firm is in the UK WRONG they are in Germany! I had writing on my pictures and they pinned half the writing onto the side therefore ruining the canvases. When I contacted them they told me that that was what I had asked for! Why would I possibly ask for half the picture missing.

I have received two framed canvas prints taken from portraits, they both have horizontal fault lines running through them. They were a christmas pressie for my parents. I had to dash round last minute to get a replacement done. I've tried getting my money back with no luck.The company say to re-order, but don't make the payment (so i can e-mail the order number) as far as i'm aware i can't get an order number unless a payment is made. TOTAL RIP OFF, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Never shop from here. I placed an order for 2 large canvas a pillow and 2 small canvas.
When arrived a large canvas was missing and the pillow was terrible quality it was dark and grainy and pixelated. I contacted and the response time from there was shocking the large canvas was a gift so they offered to remake but wouldn't make it quicker than a week but I needed it sooner as was a gift. They refused to refund me said I had to let them resend it but I said if it's going to take a week I will no longer need as it's to long and would passed my friends birthday
We went back and forth for days and days then refusing to refund me for their mistake! Thank fully I had paid with PayPal and opened a claim with them. Soon as I did I actually started getting fast responses and they agreed to refund for the missing canvas but would reprint the pillow I advised I didn't want that as the service been horrendous and just wanted refunding they again started taking ages to reply asking for photos of it being chucked away which I sent. Back and forth and eventually they have refunded me today as PayPal made them! Will never shop from

Delivered fast but when arrived the canvus wasn't the same as on the preview on the site half of someone's faces was cut out. I email as couldn't rong and they didn't want to do anything to help no refund or replacement Never use this site

The canvas prints are very poor quality! The price is tempting but please don't even try, u will only be disappointed. I'm gutted myself and I shall not use this company ever again.

Dreadful quality print, so saturated in black in that my daughters blond hair was printed in jet black. When I complained to the company they responded with a load of factually incorrect and completely irrelevant comments about the DPI of the print. They made any excuse they could - even if totally untrue but at no point would discuss or address the real issue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ONLY GET 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN NOT GIVE ZERO!

I've bought some canvas prints to sell at craft fairs, so I needed high quality prints. Have had a sample of four every one of which exceeded expectations and I shall order more very soon.
Ordered 2 photos a week ago and nothing off them except to say its late! Yes too late for my friends birthday, Look closer to home next time
Delivery spot on. Can track your order all the way via UPS, absolutely over the moon with the three canvases i ordered, 2 of which were 48x32 inch, with gold frames, look fantastic for the £80 each i spent on them, great quality and spot on with the colour! One of me scubba diving in egypt, the colour is fantastic just like the high resolution photo i emailed them, no quality lost whatsoever!
