My 80 year old mother in law ordered some pictures of her erecently deceased husband and received the whol lot in kit form. She is in no position to assemble a photoframe and now needs to find a local tradesman to do it for her. On the website it says nothing about self assembly in fact it says. All frames are of high quality and manufactured in-house.
Can not believe the negative reviews for this company. This is our 2nd time we have used them & can't fault them at all. The picture quality is excellent & the service is fast. The prices will not be beaten in my opinion & i would definitely recommend them. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. I am very impressed with the quality & service. Thanks my. Picture x
Have not heard from this company since November, and after many emails, followed by an auto response, and no follow up, and even more phonecalls to the (bogus) number, there is still no canvas for my Dad's birthday on xmas day. Am gutted as I ordered this is good time, even allowing for it takiing longer than they said. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of any contact at all, and can only assume there is some person sitting in their German residence having a right old laugh and a lot of people's expense. STAY CLEAR!
Considering the cheap price of my A2-ish size canvas, I wasn't expecting the best but I was very impressed by the quality of the printing of the photo and the production over all. I will likely order again!
I got a picture of my best mate and hubby on there honeymoon and got it made into a 30x20cm photo and framed in silver frame, the result was amazing, delivery was within 5 wk days couldn't fault anything.
I read a lot of the reviews on here AFTER I'd purchased and started to panic. PLEASE DONT PANIC. My canvas arrived within a week and was really good quality! I was really pleased. Yes it come from Germany, which is a little sneaky of them given its a co.uk website, but the price is excellent! I got a 24"x16" canvas and paid for it to be streched and mounted by them, it was only £5! Total £30, BARGIN! Some people just dont read what they are buying thoroughly enough. The option for stretching service is plainly there as an option. I'll use them again!
I ordered a picture of a dog and its name above canvas 30mm x 40mm 4mm frame when it arrived they had enlarged the photo which lost part of the name and also cropped the paws I therefore contacted yourselves and was just pushed aside with excuses not how to put things right I feel that its unacceptable behaviour I was prepared to pay extra if needed but was once again refused as it's not possible to adjust previous pictures
The print quality of the canvas I received was terrible. I had to order from another company to get it in time for xmas as a present. My picture wouldn't give me a refund and instead offered 20% off my next purchase - an ill considered offer as not happy with my first purchase.! They then offered to replace the print but the 2nd canvas picture was even worse than the first and had to go in the bin :(. Stay away - they are cheap for a reason. Truprint on the other hand are fantastic - highly recommended, great clear canvases with lovely vibrant colours, I had my print done by them in the end.
This site is an absolute disgrace. They mislead you into thinking you are buying a stretched canvas print and yet all you receiev is the print and 4 loos pieces of wood which you are expected to somehow put together yourself! Framing a canvas print is a skilled trade - not something anyone can do.
Their hole website is geared towards leading you to believe that you will be recieiving a fully sretched canvas print. All the images suggest this.
This website should not be allowed to exist like it does currently.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speediness of the canvas prints that I ordered. Having previously used a more expensive printing company I thought I would try a cheaper service and couldn't be more pleased with the result. One only slight criticism is that the folding of the edges of the canvasses could be have mitered slightly neater but doesn't detract from the overall value for money of this product.
Item was ordered for GUARANTEED delivery for Father's Day. Father's Day was now 3 days ago and it still has not arrived. The first time I emailed customer services, they simply said it takes 3-5 days. I explained again that it was ordered for guaranteed delivery and I got a response saying they would offer a partial refund. I still have not received that nor the actual item and when I have replied I just keep getting the same response saying they will partially refund it!
I am now out of pocket and without the item.

First 2 orders great …. Third one - cushion inners have either changed or they sent me standard basic ones instead of the premium I ordered. This has been going on for about 6 weeks now …. They say they have not changed supplier and cushions take a day to fluff out … look at the picture below and tell me there is no difference and that this company is just gaslighting me. I email and someone replies 3 days later without a satisfactory solution …. Then another person responds saying what the first said … offering a code for 75% off which doesn't actually add up to that amount - I tried it to see…. Please I just want the cushion inners I got in the first 2 orders, it's not rocket science. I am going to keep posting reviews until I get a refund or the proper inners. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PS - After 6 weeks of saying no change in supplier I get this today ….

Ordered "PREMIUM" cushion for my partner, only to be left in complete shock and disarray to receive a product, that I could have easily bought in Wilkinson on Wembley High Road.
When I contacted customer service, they sent me a HEAVE of paragraphs, detailing the process of their "QUALITY", "EDITING", "PREVIEW", "SHARPNESS" to offer me a choice between a free reprint (for example, with a different edge type or picture data) or a 50%-voucher* for your next purchase.

I echo the other terrible reviews. Ordered on 8th June for fathers day on 21st and as at the 20th item has not even been produced yet alone shipped despite their 1 day production time and 4 day shipping claim. Contacted customer service who don't give a monkeys. Wouldn't let me cancel my order and wouldnt let me talk to a manager and then just emailed me saying its still in production and wouldn't give any kind of new timescale just that it's on the list to do! Shambolic don't touch them with a barge pole. Good reviews are probably fake.

Had picture on canvas. At 50 pound. In blk and wht. Cant see the pictures.! To dark. Even the pictures are not in the middle of frame. But on the edge which is cut off.! Cant get through to them via phone. Bet i wont get a reply from them via email.! AND NOT FROM UK...! Looking at everyone elses feedback. Wouldnt buy again. Rip me off.
I ordered a framed starchart on 13/12/20 as an Anniversary present. On 21/12/20 the starchart was delivered unframed. I contacted customer services immediately and explained it was an anniversary present for the middle of January. They contacted me and said they were sorry and would remake the order. It then took until 7th January (17 DAYS) before they remade the order. It was shipped and sent UPS. I was told it would be delivered this week. Tonight I checked and it was still showing it is with UPS. I rang them and they said it was still in Germany and to contact MyPicture.co.uk! So faulty order, delay in putting right the error, slow shipping and then item not delivered in time for the Anniversary. Waste of money, extremely poor customer service and lousy delivery excuses by UPS. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone if you want your goods to be right or delivered on time.
These guys are con merchants.
They sell self-assemble kits... but their website let you believe they are fully assembled. The only place they tell you it's a duy job is buried in one question in their FAQ.

Speed and perfection combine, the quality of the photos are perfect, the natural colors without too much shine, I can only say thank you
The pictures I uploaded were much better than the quality on the canvas I received. Canvases have come out quite dark, whereas the pictures I uploaded had areas clearly defined. I shan't be using this company again. Back to CanvusRus.
Answer: It's assembled for you to put up when delivered. You can buy attachments off them to hang your pictures too
