Untrustworthy site, extremely disrespectful to customers, they simply deceive people in the sublines and after contacting support they tell you to create accounts in other countries to be able to use the random code they send.

I had an issue withan email and asked them to change my code to a different email address. Despite sending them copies of my credit card, passpors and drivinglicence they point blank refused a refund and would even reassign the product code to another email address. The are cheats and hide behind Terms and conditions. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

It is a matter of time before a trans boundry criminal institution charges this company that is scaming people across the world. They sell products that can't be used in your country KNOWINGLY and ACCEPTING even payments method of the country KNOWINGLY that what you purchased is not going to work.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this website. Here's what happened:

Order with Used Codes: I purchased PUBG codes, only to find out that they were already used two days after I received the order. I did not use the codes myself, and when I contacted their support, they outright denied any fault on their end.

Cancelled Order and Delayed Refund: On another occasion, they cancelled my order without any clear explanation. I had to chase them down for months to get my money back. After publicly exposing them on another platform, they finally refunded me—six months later!

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy: Their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes, leaving customers frustrated and feeling scammed.

I would strongly advise against using this website. They lack professionalism, integrity, and basic customer care. If you value your money and time, stay away!

As already said by many, MTCGame is purely a scam site. Some (perhaps bots) claim their codes work but many including myself were scammed and lost a lot of money as well as unnecessarily asked to provide personal info such as telephone # and even a photo ID! They sell codes that do not work with a strict no refund policy. Note that review sites like Trust Pilot will not allow negative feedback about them and eventually delete the bad reviews, leaving only the positive ones. When I tried to post a negative review on Trust Pilot, they asked me to provide my personal information to send to MTCGame (which of course I refuse to do) or else my review will be deleted in 3 days. If I wanted to talk to MTCGame, I could email them directly but this is obviously all about some weird money arrangement between these scam companies and Trust Pilot. The Internet is getting really dangerous for shoppers these days. Always cross reference.

I purchased a gift card. Received after some late... two days later i purchased another one, been a week with no response and not receiving my card however i already paid and deducted from my bank account!

Actually buying from mtcgame they have absolutely all games products you should try them at least one time, it's the best place to buy Nintendo gift cards check I receive the codes to my email in few minutes

Unfortunately the code I purchased is able to be redeemed by me. Support doesnt help at all, asks for my account to give it to a support to redeem the code. Not going to send any account details to a random person. Super unprofessional and will never order again

Never buy from them. They are fraud. I bought netflix code from them in pakistan and it was invalid. Upon asking the reason, they said it should be used in columbia instead of pakistan. They didn't mention anywhere at the time of selling it. Fraud/scammers

They claimed that they have a instantly delivered but they don't, they order a code after you paid for your order.

I have 12 purchases with them in total $200 they deliver the codes after contacting with them on WhatsApp asking me for email and phone number.

The last order on 27 Feb 2024 at 18:56 pm I have been waiting for one hour but they keep telling me hold on hold on.

I bought a PSN Card for 1500ZAR on the 8th of June. Since then it's been a back-and-forth with the MTC team as they neither have the product in stock nor are willing to refund the cash. The team repeatedly asks for the same information, and it feels like a fraudulent website. I would not trust them

I purchased a gift card and its been 3 days i havent received the code. Customer service are very unprofessional and they dont reply at all! Poor people with nothing but sitting behind their desk wasting their lives. I feel sorry for them

Well I have been using this website for 2 years now and I can say it legit. Even now it's much easier to buy from there than before and customer service is always available to here when there's an issue. 5

I bought on 01/04/22 11:57 from them Playstation PSN Card key 5500 RUB RU. Order number *******. The website shown the codes were in stock. Bought them for more cost than they are worth. I am waiting for the code for 8 days. Support only promises, can't say date of availability. Also Support wrote that they can not make refunds, paid through e-wallet. Of course this was not warned when buying, as well as the sale of what they do not have. As a result, the money is not refunded and the key is not given.

Their customer service is the worst ever. It took 1 week to verify my identity over a $10 itunes card, they literally answer 24 hours after you reply for every message, and at last they said that they will refund and i still didn't receive my refund. Note that i'am not a first time customer, I've bought more than $200 of itunes cards from then and i have my passport and card and photo verified.

I bought a Roblox package on June 21Th, and just after they said to me the package was out of stock, so I asked a refund and now they can't refund my money.
They put the money back in my MCTgame wallet, but it is not the same amount, they take out some money for us.
As there is no more roblox product, they ask me to buy Netflix or amazon stuff or I loose your money!

So I bought PSN with over $100 put my info & pay. My apple pay and my bank conform paying. However, didn't get my code and the customer service... lets say they should shut it down. They never help and they don't give a damn... they even told me that I must miss spell my information... dude I pay with my name & phone number how come you can't conform that even if I miss spell my E-mail. Lesson learned, read reviews about the site first...

I bought a $100 eBay gift card. When I tried to use it, I got the error "There are no funds left for this code." (attached screen 1) I also checked my gift card balance (attached screen 2) I contacted eBay support and they said to contact the seller and request a refund. I have already created several tickets in my profile, but I keep getting the answer: "Everything is fine with the code. You can contact e-bay support for account issues."

Late delivery of code caused me to create a duplicate order thinking the first one was a payment failure as I was told codes are usually received in 30 minutes. And they have no refund policy. Would think twice before purchasing
