Abuse in BOLIVIA by MTCGAME.

In Bolivia, many people were scammed on February 28,2025, they sold us redeemed Razer Brazil pins, the losses exceeded $15,000 and in addition, they withheld large credits from us on their platform without justification. KYC verification is also not approved, not only me but also others have been ignored for more than 5 days, without KYC verification we cannot debit our credits on their platform.
Can anyone help me? I can't take this anymore.
