Sonra birden bana kodu Tamir ettik artik size destek veremeyecegiz diye mesaj attilar. Sonra kodu denedik ve kod hala calismiyor bunlar tamamen dolandirici hicbirsey almayin.

Code gekauft der bereits eingelöst war. Kontakt mit Service aufgenommen, Screenshot usw eingesendet. Musste zusätzlich ein Ticket erstellen der abgelehnt wurde weil angeblich Screenshots fehlen. Habe das Gefühl, man versucht die Reklamation zu erschweren, damit der Kunden aufgibt. Ich persönlich kaufe dort nicht mehr, da man im schlimmsten Fall nicht bekommt und das Geld los ist. Keine Empfehlung von mir.

Verkaufen PSN Cards, bei denen eine andere Region als Deutschland voreingestellt ist. Diese sind dann nicht in Deutschland einlösbar. Umtausch in Gutschein für die Region Deutschland wurde abgelehnt. Das ist unseriös. Lieber woanders kaufen. Bei Instant gaming hatte ich keine solchen Probleme und Gutschein hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Finger weg von mtcgame!

Compre un juego con dos dlcs uno salía en dici mbre y el otro en febrero. Me dijeron que por un problema de la tienda no me podían dar el de diciembre, junto al otro en febrero. Pedí la devolución y nunca me la hicieron. Hablé como con veinte agentes para ver si me podían solucionar. Ninguno se enteraba de nada y ni hacían el esfuerzo. Ya el último me dijo que me quedaría sin el juego y sin el dinero. No os lo recomendó son unos estafadores

Tuve un pequeño problema al recibir mis codigos. Al contactarme con ellos me impresiono la rapidez y amabilidad con que procedieron. Superaron ampliamente mis espectativas. Puedo decir que me case con ellos.

Ho acquistato una giftcard da 100€ (88€ scontato) per la PS4, ma per errore ho seguito un link "de" e il codice è valido solo in Germania. Ho chiesto supporto per poter utilizzare il codice in Italia o avere un rimborso, ma mi hanno detto che non è possibile è che il consumatore non può esercitare recesso per acquisti di questo tipo. Non mi hanno voluto aiutare in nessun modo e ho buttato 88€! Attenzione a fare gli ordini perché non c'è margine per gli errori e il consumatore non è assolutamente tutelato in nessun modo!

C'est des voleurs, Ils vous laisse acheter sans problème et quand vous voulez utiliser... le code n'est pas activé. Vous demandez qu'ils activent le code mais c'est pas possible selon eux... Il faut faire un ticket, il faut faire une capture d'écran, etc... et quand vous avez tout faire... c'est toujours pas possible!
