MTC Game

I never received the gift card. They took my money and then they asked me to write in paper date/site address show my ID card and my master card as well. Not even the police ask that much things and is against the customer policy. Treated like a clown and not like a customer. Is the worst service in the universe.

MTC Game charged my card without delivering the ordered item. They then started asking me to disclose personal details like ID documents, credit card photo and a selfie. They said they cannot process my order and nor can they refund my money if I do not share my personal documents with them. I told them I can't do that as this could lead to identity thefts, scams etc. But they keep on insisting.

This is outright harassment. I asked them to either deliver my order or simply refund the money back to the card. But they said I do not have a choice and I have to give them my personal documents if I want my money back. I requested their support staff to please escalate this issue to someone senior and they refused to do that. They told me they can't do that either and the only way forward was to provide them my personal documents.

If someone can guide me on how to get my money back without disclosing my personal documents then I would greatly appreciate.

I made a purchase money went woop in secs from my card now on my gift card delivery they want my id card my passport my photo my bank card and personal information so they can do hack on my account $#*!ing scammers

At first, I thought it was a scam after buying the free fire top up code but I couldn't redeem the code. But after speaking to the nice customer service, I discovered the top up was automatic, I didn't need redeem the code again

I had problems with some codes that did not arrive for a while, I contacted support and they gave me a very good attention with my problem, they had charged me and I did not see the purchase and the codes, thank you very much support 71!

I have made a purchase of a PSN cards of 20/30/50 euros today and i get the code immediately, i had a live chat also with the costumer service through WhatsApp, honestly they are responding ontime!
I have used google pay to purchase my items and i recommend it

I bought an Apple Card, I am from Portugal.
They let me bought the card, when I tried to use they told me that I only can use in USA.
I use the Portuguese, they told me that they are keeping the money. This is really bag. That are keeping the money from people.
Don't use.

I paid a $100 GIFT on December 14th, 2023. I haven't received it till today. The company does not respond to my letters. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to choose this company!

I have opened two tickets on MTC game, closed with no explanation or resolution. I have tried to talk with them over chat. I have received no indications of guidelines; rude attitude.
Avoid this company!

Whenever i asked to serve me they are always available im really hapoy with mtc game services i hope in future u guys will grow more make more people happy and giving them your support and good products and services

I ordered and paid for an Amazon Voucher in Canadian dollars, over a week later its not arrived. MTC hasn't responded to email queries and the customer service phone number doesn't connect.
BE WARNED. Fortunately I used my credit card so my Bank has refunded and opened a dispute with this firm.

Friends, MTC GAME are thieves! They steal money from the credit card. Please do not buy from them or give them your credit card. These are crooks, unreliable! They steal money and then do not reply to messages! Do not fall into the trap like me!

I always buy from them beacuse they always have all kinds of codes for steam and that so helpful!
And for the prices its cheap and that what everyone wants!
And everytime i need help i just contact the support and they are fast!
So basically they are the best.

Don't believe them. They took my money and ask for verification. And I took a selfie of me and my credit cards. And they told me is photoshopped. Which its a lie. Please don't purchase anything from them

I've purchased 25$ iTunes and haven't received it, contacted support and they said i have to verify my mobile (which wasn't requested before), and when I verified it they told me it was canceled!
What's worse, they said ask for refund tomorrow! Why not now? They said no one available now!

Very bad admins... I bought a gift card and my payment was confirmed but my order was cancelled. But my money wasn' refunded yet... I sent many messages and payment proofs but they didn't refund my money...

My purchase didn't appear in my profile and no email arrives either, I contacted the service through whatsapp and they told me that I had to change my time zone to GMT+3 and I was able to view my purchase. If this happens to you, that can help you. If you don't have an account created in MTC, it is better to create it to have a better control of your products purchased.
