I never received the gift card. They took my money and then they asked me to write in paper date/site address show my ID card and my master card as well. Not even the police ask that much things and is against the customer policy. Treated like a clown and not like a customer. Is the worst service in the universe.

MTC Game charged my card without delivering the ordered item. They then started asking me to disclose personal details like ID documents, credit card photo and a selfie. They said they cannot process my order and nor can they refund my money if I do not share my personal documents with them. I told them I can't do that as this could lead to identity thefts, scams etc. But they keep on insisting.
This is outright harassment. I asked them to either deliver my order or simply refund the money back to the card. But they said I do not have a choice and I have to give them my personal documents if I want my money back. I requested their support staff to please escalate this issue to someone senior and they refused to do that. They told me they can't do that either and the only way forward was to provide them my personal documents.
If someone can guide me on how to get my money back without disclosing my personal documents then I would greatly appreciate.
I made a purchase money went woop in secs from my card now on my gift card delivery they want my id card my passport my photo my bank card and personal information so they can do hack on my account $#*!ing scammers

I paid a $100 GIFT on December 14th, 2023. I haven't received it till today. The company does not respond to my letters. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to choose this company!
