Bought a code and never received it and there customer service keeps palming me off with a few random questions then they just ignore you after that. Don't bother using them there's better websites out there
The security is too strict.i sent a dozen confirmation selfies,emails,numbers and after everything they still couldn't verify me.the staff didn't know the reason why.it took them a minute to take my money.verifying everything took me more than a day.refund am requested to wait 10 days.am honestly not happy. First time I bought an itunes voucher from this company, everything went quick, and I had my voucher in no time... second time though they came with verification stuff, that I sent them only to find out at night shift verification takes 1-9 hours according to the company staff. I here I am 10+ hours later, still no voucher. I contacted them on whatsapp this morning, and the person is still busy checking my stuff for the last 40 minutes... I mean how long can it really take to check my stuff, and give me what I paid for? This is very bad customer service... and that when I honestly need this voucher asap

After payment, they send you an email to verify your cellphone number.
After verifying it's only a matter of minutes before you get your code on email.
I had a little chat with support just to be sure, as shown in the pic. The other image is a snapshot of the email I received with the 10$ PlayStation gift card.
Hope this helps. They shouldn't be asking for cellphone numbers though.

I once tried to buy a walmart gift card from this site. I made the payment and then they sent me an email to verify my phone number. I did all that, but I never received the giftcard. Transaction page of bank showed that the amount has been deducted. Even my order history in mtcgame.com said the same thing - that the payment was successful.
I contact their customer care and I was asked for some strange things - a selfie to verify that the I am really me? I have made purchases from many web stores; but never encountered anything like this.
I asked for a refund, and fortunately a site admin got involved and reversed the transaction. I am never going to buy from this site again.

Have bought several xbox games from here over the past 4 or 5 years and have NEVER had a problem with any of them. Patience is the key - Firstly you wont be able to download the game till the day its actually released, and you need to follow their instructions correctly or else you will encounter problems. Have also found its best checking my order online on the day the game has been released for the download details as sometimes email takes longer to arrive. A bit puzzled as to why there are so many bad reviews as i've never had any major issue
I have been a customer for long time. You need to verify your phone number once and then you will get your items then next purchase will be faster. If they ask for certain documents its ok they just need to make sure if you are a scammer or not. I have been dealing with them since 2017 never had an issue even with refunds it take 3-7 business days. You just need to contact live support and they go quiet means they are applying updates or fixing your issue dont rush on them :).

This is the worst company's anyone would ever imagine having business with. This people only care about making you lose your money somehow without getting what you really paid for. They took money off my debit card immediately I purchased and then told me to verify in such a funny way. Holding my bank card, my id and also write on paper how I'm buying from them along with the date. They failed to return my money and let me know there's nothing they could do to refund me unless I do what I was asked by them. Like……. You never tried verifying me before taking this money out of my account, why not just wait for the full verification before processing payment? Ordered a PSN gift card, not delivered. Contacted support, was told it's out of stock and will refund in 3 hours at when local bank (Turkey) goes to business time. Cool, so I just bought the same product from somewhere else because I needed it. 4 hours later I contacted MTCgame again for the refund and they rejected it and sent me the key code. Sure, they didn't steal my money but I never needed 2 gift cards. Additionally they told me to quit chat because they are busy. What a joke. Please stay away from them if you want to avoid trouble.
Codes come in really quickly, and if they are delayed just contact them. I messaged through WhatsApp and support 135 instantly helped me get my code. Great customer service. I always use this for game codes

I should have known it was too good to be true. Bought a psn card from them and got a verification link and when I tried to sign in, it wouldn't let me. Every time I tried I kept getting an error. Worst experience ever! Bought two Google Play Gift Cards - United States 30 $. First one was ok. Second consists of two 15 $ cards, which don‘t work in the US. Customer support absolutely helpless. I was given a hell of a time being thrown around across customer service, only for my time to be wasted with no further help. They told me it could be a `steam server` issue that my code could not activate. LOL. Very funny and nice try. And another guy only wasted my whole time on the whatsapp support to only say `wait for ticket response` with a broken English. I suggest any company like Durmaplay to be used throughout this process and I will file a lawsuit against the company if my issue is not resolved in 1-5 days MAX. Poor customer service ever! They made me take selfies with a letter, credit card, and ID! I did that, I was told they don't accept Driving License as ID! They wanted Passport instead! I was very reluctant to order from the site as i only found negative reviews, before making an order, spoke to the customer service, the guy assured everything was legit, filled the forms, sent hidden card photo hiding cvv and full numbers, received the code within 5 minutes, so, i did not find them as a scammer, i hope it helps
