Why are you hiring such a rude Support (Global Support41)? I asked if I need to create a new account or forget password as I did not receive my order after payment. He literally ignore my question and when I open another chat on another browser, he replies me over there and said "because you are wasting our time" he decides to ban me from the live support. Don't waste your money with this site, and it's clearly a scam. And don't ever use a virtual credit card because they will ask a photo of you holding it! After 6 months of trying to be reasonable with them they still insist that i need to show them the Virtual Visa card in a photo!

Purchased Xbox Live codes which were never delivered. The payment stayed on "Pending Confirmation" for many days. The transaction was definitely approved and was showing on my credit card transaction list.
MTCGAME were the most unhelpful company I've ever tried to deal with. Emails are ignored. Help tickets are ignored. Even a simple request via WhatsApp to ask whether they could look into the purchase was met with "You have to wait" followed by disconnection.
Shop elsewhere. These guys aren't worth the hassle.

90% of their Trustpilot reviews are fake. I've ordered 2 Razer Gold cards by seeing good reviews. They never delivered or refund. When I submit support tickets they always closed them automatically by requesting get support through live chat.
And most disgusting is their support channel. Maybe they give support through a bot or dumb heads. Always ask for Verification documents (A selfie holding a note that I've received my products from them and it is before receiving those). But even when I send those they never reply back to me. Every time after 15 minutes automatically logged out from the site and then when I ask for an update it always sends me the templated message for verification documents. I've asked for a refund then again ask for verification documents and never give an update after submitting them.
Now they ban me from live support, asking for updates on my orders every day.
I've done some successful diamond packs for MLBB but after some packs purchased... It stopped delivering diamonds...
I chated them through whatsApp and I was told that they would do some review and then refund me but f**k fake... Not even viewing my messages now.
