Why are you hiring such a rude Support (Global Support41)? I asked if I need to create a new account or forget password as I did not receive my order after payment. He literally ignore my question and when I open another chat on another browser, he replies me over there and said "because you are wasting our time" he decides to ban me from the live support. Really uncalled for as I am a new customer on this site.

Got riders Republic could not get code to work on my app and support 151 logged into my account and sorted the issue and redeemed they also gave me extra comfort by asking me to use my authentication app to log them out meaning I know my account is secure. Will be using many times again thank you so much support 151 for helping me

Wanted to buy gift cards to buy a game on sale only for the payment to go through for them to cancel the order after making me take a picture of my self three different times holding up my details.and now I missed my sale because they taken so long to refund my money $#*!s

It was my first time buying from this site. I purchased the game and faced some difficulties installing it on my Xbox however, the support team thru whatsapp were very supportive in guiding me on how to set it up. And it work 100%. I will surely buy again from this site.

Don't waste your money with this site, and it's clearly a scam. And don't ever use a virtual credit card because they will ask a photo of you holding it! After 6 months of trying to be reasonable with them they still insist that i need to show them the Virtual Visa card in a photo!

Game is not playable, CD project sony and box said they 'll refund anyone who is asking for and not satisfied with the experience, in the case of a code, they said the seller should be able to take back the code and refund us. the game is faulty, crashing the console even sometimes.
I was satisfied with them until this.
I strongly advise you to buy on official store like box live or PSN even if it's more expensive cos if u have an issue. They do not want to hear anything, they act like the issue with this game doesn't exist...

I bought a gift code for Xbox, and they said it will be delivered within 30 mins.
20 hours later, and 4 times chatting with the customer service and they even apologize, or telling me when I will receive my code.
Then I asked for a refund, and they respond that I need to send them again in a few hours as they're doing refunds in certain time window through the day!
And when I told them I need to process the refund now, and this is rude, they threaten me not to help anymore with the refund!

More than an hour of debate to be able to have my order. The behavior of the technician I had is a disgrace. No respect. Request identity papers, and photo of the credit card to send the order. Run away. They didn't want to refund me, I lost 100 euros and I never got my order

Purchased Xbox Live codes which were never delivered. The payment stayed on "Pending Confirmation" for many days. The transaction was definitely approved and was showing on my credit card transaction list.

MTCGAME were the most unhelpful company I've ever tried to deal with. Emails are ignored. Help tickets are ignored. Even a simple request via WhatsApp to ask whether they could look into the purchase was met with "You have to wait" followed by disconnection.

Shop elsewhere. These guys aren't worth the hassle.

I bought my uc 3 days ago, and haven't got my uc yet. Every time I texted them on their support they say wait please and never replied me back. Really bad. Please don't buy from them. They don't deserve any stars

I used this site now years ago, I buy absolutely all my Netflix, pubg, Itunes and xbox codes from this mtcgame site, it's true that when you buy from them there may be some slight problems especially concerning the method of activating the codes but believe me we will always find a solution for you, I even spoke to the administrators on whatsapp and also the consultants are very friendly, kind and professional above all, I highly recommend mtcgame for their prices and the service which I consider excellent

Support ask me to open a ticket but no one answer even after 10 days
I talk to the support asking for a refund or valid code but all they say wait for 1 day, then wait for 3-5 days then wait for 7 days and after just keep waiting... this is a fraud web site

Avoid this site at any cost! The worst customer experience I ever had. After the purchase money was deducted from my credit card. No codes sent. I had to contact them 3 times and I asked my money back because I no longer wanted the product. After 3 days they put codes codes under my account (no e-mail) and now after many attempts of contacting them, they told me that I have the product and they don`t do refund. Speaking with the live chat feels like chating with clueless monkeys. Telling you to open a ticket and it gets closed with the answer please contact our live chat. It`s bad a joke!

90% of their Trustpilot reviews are fake. I've ordered 2 Razer Gold cards by seeing good reviews. They never delivered or refund. When I submit support tickets they always closed them automatically by requesting get support through live chat.

And most disgusting is their support channel. Maybe they give support through a bot or dumb heads. Always ask for Verification documents (A selfie holding a note that I've received my products from them and it is before receiving those). But even when I send those they never reply back to me. Every time after 15 minutes automatically logged out from the site and then when I ask for an update it always sends me the templated message for verification documents. I've asked for a refund then again ask for verification documents and never give an update after submitting them.

Now they ban me from live support, asking for updates on my orders every day.

I've done some successful diamond packs for MLBB but after some packs purchased... It stopped delivering diamonds...
