mSpy

Two things would like to reveal.

1) mspy team would say that there will be no icon in the mobile phone but its false. There will be an icon with the name "update service". You can still hide it but any intelligent kid can find the hidden apps.

2) In android phones, you need to turn off the google play store scanning feature in order to run mspy. If you turn it on, play store will alert you about this mspy "update service" app. Again any intelligent kid can find this.

So, i would say this mspy will not 100% serve its purpose

It's unstable, support advised me to reinstall so many times and you know it's hard to get the target phone. Also even I followed all instructions some warnings kept showing. It was scary. I got a new active icon on top, it wasn't active before installing mspy. This icon can give this app away. Also you can never ever get a refund. Read the refund policy and will see no way to get a refund. It's a big big scam. I so much regret dealing with it.

This company is really a terrible company. Their website is misleading iOS users and their "compatibility list" is hard to find on their website. Website seems to tout all features work for Android as well as iOS. IT IS NOT TRUE. When I asked for a refund, they emailed back saying they could not proceed with the refund because it contradicts mSpy Refund Policy. This is a very shady company. For iOS Users, before you buy, check http://www.mspy.com/compatibility.html. Company will NOT refund your money for a worthless product.

I registered to the mspy application. I asked to cancel my membership on the first day of my membership, but I did not get any results. I have the right to cancel within 14 days. I want a refund, I do not receive an answer.

If you purchase the mspy mobile app expect not to get your money back. I reached out for weeks to customer service requesting my money back and they denied me a refund. Don't waste your money on this app because after spending almost $200 is not worth it. Plus customer service will not help you they'll only piss you off more. There are alternative ways is to help guide you through the app and/or help you activate app. Instead of giving you your money back they'll find any way to keep the money and give you a BS excuse also forward you a hyper link to their refund policy. Again don't purchase mspy unless you want donate to them. SMH

This company likes to scam hard working working families out of their money! The program doesn't work. I cancelled it within 30 minutes and they refused to give us a refund or fix the technical issues. So I literally paid 140$ for the program and it doesn't work and they won't refund me no matter what!

They are misleading on their website! They won't answer your calls if you phone. They use any excuse they can to keep your money. We have a child with a disability and we work very hard for our money and this company was more than happy to steal it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! NEVER AGAIN will I trust a company that I don't personally know really well. I will also make sure I let everyone know on every social media platform I have that this company scams families! I would NEVER recommend them.

I purchased a 3 month subscription ~$89 without realizing my computer wasn't compatible to monitor the target device. I requested a cancellation and refund the day I purchased after finding out and was told that I would have to wait for their billing department to reach out to me after several business days. Scammers.

I never would have guessed that my girlfriend was cheating on me. But thanks to mspy, a monitoring app that lets you see deleted messages and calls, I found out a lot of secrets. With mspy, I was able to see who she was communicating with and what she was saying. I also found out that she had been meeting up with other guys behind my back. Thanks to mspy, I was able to put an end to her cheating ways. If you suspect your partner of cheating, mspy is the way to go.

Do not install this on the device! It does not work properly at all. The setup has to be continuously updated on the target device and if you are trying to do this secretly which is the point of this app, you won't be able to! I paid the $199 fee to install this and now I can't use it as I installed on my daughter's phone (teenager). She is with me everyday and I don't want her to know that I am checking things. They said now we will need to get on a call with the target device so they can check the progress but I can not do this as this is not my phone again. Now they will not refund me when I can't even use it. I just threw $199 in the trash on this crap. Don't do it!

I recently subscribe for the mspy and it been three days and it still not working. Sandra, Monica, Nicolas took remote but they are not able to fix it, as per refund policy they should return our money but thats okay I din/t ask for them, I just simply tell them to cancel my subscription I will not use this app any more as this is not working and they deny to do that as it is not possible, pls do not trust on false reviews.
