I purchased this software to monitor an Iphone 6, hooked it up to icloud and got everything working except the "update" feature for an Iphone that is not jailbroken is a joke. I can not see up to date text messages, in fact, i didn't get an update until noon the next day. Tried it out for 7 days, tried everything i could think of to get it to work and no luck. Then when i tried to get my money back, because they have a "10 day free trial" i was met with questions about what i did to trouble shoot and whether of not i connected the device properly. Its pretty damn simple to hook up an iphone since you just need access to the cloud. A $#*! could do it. This system sucks and the money back guarantee is a LIE. I did not receive my money back even though i asked twice... Before the 10 day period.

The product doesn't work on Snapchat, so within a couple of days, I requested a refund was sent an email saying my refund was forwarded to the refund department but never got one and they refuse to refund now. SCAM
Install is not easy - very complex. In order to install or have any questions answered they charge you an additional $59. After hours and hours of directions, the jailbreak feature was not supported on my phone X, 12 and 13! They would not offer a refund nor can you speak w/ anyone directly. They said it is not thier problem that my phone would not support the jailbreak process. So I purchased a product that only shows me the gps location of the phone - which I can do directly through apple. Customer service is terrible. Product is terrible. Do not buy.

Hello everyone! I had seen so many recommendations on Tomcyberghost@ g m a il. Com so I contacted him to help me Clone my wife cell phone and WhatsApp and other applications on her cell. I wanted to try this app, but to try it you have to buy it. It is written on the site that voys have 7 days for free. Nice scam! Their no-refund policy ensures that they don't reimburse anyone. Less than 24 hours later, I called to cancel my account, I didn't like their platform. I didn't even try the app and they categorically refused to reimburse me! In case no new information was uploaded from the target iPhone to iCloud, mSpy will not be able to fetch any data.
