Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Based on my experience, I googled "mSpy scam" after being out $200 and discovered many others experienced similar deceptive marketing and unscrupulous tactics. It's sad to see mSpy reps have responded to each of these complaints with pleasant, professional interchange as my private email messages with them are full of legalese BS. They are excellent at the run around, and "pretending" to care. I'm sorry to say that anyone who rated this company higher than 1 stars is probably on the mSpy payroll. Please stay away!

They Cheat with you. I purchase iphone tracking but after payment, i link tracking phone(icloud login details). After they control panel only 5 features offer, not available whatsapp, instagram and other social apps tracking as per they say. Also they support team say due to Apple policy change upto ios 12 version tracking, any above ios 12 version not social tracking available( only work on jailbreak iphone). Support team say our Engineers work on solve it. So don't trust on site. Not refund my money. Purchase your own risk also they live chat team always given one reply our billing team reply you in several working business day, After week you chat with support same reply and wait. Finally you not got any refund as per they promise.
